Horrible experience! This is the only time I have posted a review in my life. To be fair I used Blue Cross to find a chiropractor near work so I took their recommendation at face value and didnt vet this place out as much as I should have. I am in pain and thought I could hop in for an adjustment. My appointment was at 3:00 and since I was a new patient they asked me to show up 15 minutes early to fill out my new patient forms. I get that! That makes sense! Thats how every doctor and dentist I have ever visited works. I show up early to a locked door and older woman and I stood in the lobby until 3:20 while they have a "staff meeting" which is really their staff using yoga balls and doing pushups in a meeting we can all see. I finally go knock on their workout room door and ask if I am at the right place and a rude 22 year old kid says..."yeah youre at the right place but this is a staff meeting wait in the lobby". After 45 minutes off of work and about 20 minutes late they unlock the door and I give them my insurance information I immediately get a bad vibe. Not only does Dr Lohr not see you it turns out this feels like a chiropractic school where you dont know whats going to happen next. I wish I would have taken a picture of the forms but they clearly state that other doctors will see you. For the record I am fine with training places but not if its not called out and if I have to pay the same cost! I just needed an adjustment I ask over and over because I have insurance "I need an adjustment here is all my information what is my copay!!!" I have visited chiropractors many many times. I get no answer at all in fact I get told to sit in a massage chair while I fill out my "new patient" forms and get told very clearly ...."Dont turn on the machine until we confirm your insurance!!!!" Thats ridiculous - if you turn it on Im sure that counts as therapy while you are ignored and left to sit there. If thats therapy....and you fill out the forms saying I am in a 10 pain in my neck and they never come back thats irresponsible and just flat out shady. You can sit in a massage chair at Bed Bath and Beyond and its not a billable item. I fully expect my insurance to be billed because I sat in a chair and I will raise hell if that happens. So I ask OVER and OVER for about 20 minutes...."Whats my copay?" and I get "Today we are going to take X-rays. massages. we are going to do stretches and the doctors then will decide your treatment". So I say again! I am in pain. Is this a chiropractor or what? Before I do anything I need the cost! I just need an chiropractor! "Sir we are going to do X-rays first did you TURN ON THE CHAIR?" No i didnt turn on the chair and i have never been to a place that cant take an insurance card and tell me whats going down! I was left there for about 20 minutes until my pain and anger got the best of me so I walked out unnoticed....at all. On the way out the door I asked ONE MORE TIME.."hey did you find out what my copay is going to be since you want to do xrays and therapy" the young lady didnt say a word so I walked out ....totally ignored. Long story short my appointment was at 3! I left at 4 still in pain because they never told me what my copay was going to be which should be a simple question - they left me in pain sitting in a stupid chair missing 2 hours of work. I feel this place is fine to teach new chiropractors just like Hair Cuts For Men but dont ever go here if you need help and watch the forms they are tricky. I am so glad I didnt sign them. Oh and If i get billed for being in pain and sitting in a massage chair while I am ignored Ill definitely contest and continue to review. Signed - The guy that was in pain, took off work, sat in a chair, left without anyone noticing and looking forward to a bill.

I have never been to a chiropractor but Dr Lohr was the best experience Ive ever had. Dr Lohr was very knowledgeable, really took the time to listen to hear what was going on, and most importantly helped me to feel better. The whole staff is very friendly, very professional, and the whole operation is top notch. You will not be disappointed!

I was visited my family and had a little fender bender. I needed to get an adjustment before going back home so I went to Dr. Lohr. The office is clean. The staff is kind and attentive. I walked out of there feeling better than I did before going on vacation.
