Went yesterday on a friends recommendation after I was walking around in pain for the last week. Ive been under tremendous amount of stress with a divorce, finishing my degree, toddler and a elderly mother I care for on top of full time job. After my first adjustment I felt tremendous amount of relief. Went in the next day to stick with my treatment plan and felt even better. The prices are beyond reasonable! I have been under a chiropractors care over the years and the process here was much easier and faster. I dont need all that one on one time when all I need is an adjustment so if you prefer to sit and chit chat with your doctor about the weather and go on and on about your pain instead of getting right to the point then this is not for you. But if you have a busy lifestyle and limited free time then give this place a chance.

I have been meaning to write this for months. I have just been busy with my back injury. I went to the joint for about a year. Often times they where able to help my back feel better AND talk about bang for your buck. I am unfortunately hurt beyond their care, but they did recommend some amazing professionals to help me. A slipped disc and arthritis is not something they can fit.... its a way more expensive healing procedure. I am now being seen by MDs and Spinal care specialist. Their service was great and their front desk was amazing as well. For those slamming her, she does read these and they do hurt her feelings. She was great with me, maybe its because I treated her like a person and not the help? Treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you all for everything you did.

So disappointed!!!! We have been using this location for about 3 years. Today we went in after my son had a minor car accident. There was a different doctor, Mandy, who came out and her response was "Nope, we cant see him. Not without paperwork from the insurance company releasing him." How would I know that? How would the average person looking for some relief have a clue about bureaucracy? It could have been handled kindly and professionally but as he stood there in pain her response was ridiculous and unfeeling. There are a million other ways that could have been related to us. Terrible customer service. Which has not been our previous experience at all. Very disappointed.

Ive been using The Joint at Willow Bend for approximately a year and a half. As an avid long distance runner I had to go regularly to keep things in alignment to prevent injury, Dr. Davis is great! I am now pregnant and continue to go almost weekly because my hips and shoulders hate having to sleep on my side, Dr. Davis has been able to change the way he adjusts me so the I am comfortable during the process. Dr. Davis is the tape that holds my joints together with all the stress I put them under. I love how this clinic is so easy to get into, never much wait, and no appointments. Ive recommend this location to a few people and they have all felt better afterwards.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! I wouldnt even give this place one star if I had it my way. DONT waste your time, money, or energy stepping foot in the door. The receptionist has left me appalled. My mother went in today because of a terrible pain in her back. She was told that she could not be seen because it would "put out" their staff and then the receptionist went on to say other rude things. I stopped attending this place after a few visits because my pain was not any better. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unqualified "medical" facility. Once again, I stress DONT waste your time!!!

The receptionist wasnt welcoming at all. My wife had been going and she was pregnant, she said they did more harm than good and didnt try to really take care of her at all! My wife bought a package of 5 visits and didnt even want to use the last 2 because the service was so bad, and then I tried to use the last two on the package and they said because of "Medical reason" they couldnt let me... Which is some bull crap, they are all about selling and just want people to buy their packages

The cancelation policy is completely predatory which requires you to pay in full for the next month after you cancel. As if the cancellation reason permits you using their limited services for another month. Completely dissatisfied with the measures I had to take to cancel the membership, every different person that answered the phone gave me a different hoop to jump through to cancel

i had back pain and had never been to a chiropractor before. I was happy that it wasnt just a one size fits all, but the info I had filled out was discussed. I was impressed with Dr. Davis energy and was over the moon happy that within 3 or 4 treatments, my pain was gone. The location, the experience, the cost were all important factors in choosing The Joint. Thanks, Dr. Davis!

I have been coming to the Joint- WillowBend for over a year and I can not tell you how much I appreciate the their care. I am no longer suffering from pain and just keeping my maintenance! I love the staff at this location too! If I have an issue going on they will try and find a solution to help. The Front Desk ladies work very hard as well and always care. Overall, great clinic!

After my back went out and spasms after, The Joint really helped me be able to just walk again. I first went to the Allen location but went to the Carrollton location as its closer to my work. I went during my lunch and was in and out quickly. Not only did they help me to walk but they explained how I could better my health. Highly recommend The Joint.

I feel better everytime after leaving the Joint! Great chiropractors that know how to get you adjusted properly! This location is very clean, the wait is usually not long. They keep a record of your previous adjustments which is helpful in tracking your wellness history. I have a membership and get adjusted every week!

Ive seen four different chiropractors at this location and they each have helped me to improve. I love their bedside manner and their compassion to help me feel better and not just offer surgery or more pills. I like that its affordable without having to make an insurance claim. I have been a member for over 2 years. They consistently provide an excellent service. The Joint is an excellent alternative to using your insurance co-pay. More importantly. Each adjustment is complete within 20 minutes. A visit can easily be fit into any lunch break or commute home.

I have been going here weekly for about 2 1/2 years. Dr. Davis and colleagues have taken great care of me. Going weekly has really helped me out with my neck and back pain. If you need something weekly, I would highly suggest The Joint Chiropractic and this location.

The receptionist at this location is always so rude. Never says hi, barely looks up or acknowledges you, acts like youre an inconvenience. This is the third time Ive come to this location and never a welcoming experience.
