Please people DO Not Go Here Trust me you will be SORRY..... Trust me they can say that they treat their patients like family however again that is just their sales pitch. The doctor will never ever adjust you he probably will just put you on a couple of machines for about a week never adjust you and then bill the crap out of you. They say that someone else decides how much they charge. Thats not true because in 1 review the lady went 3 times and they billed her $450 to her credit card I went 3 times and they charged me over $1600 and the best yet The doctor never touched me NEVER. Trust me I am not out to sabotage anyone this is the GODS honest TRUTH. I made the mistake to go here and I am hoping that you the public listen to these reviews and seek a REAL DOCTOR to help you because these are not professionals in any way here if you do decide to go here after the 2nd visit and the doctor dont adjust you take off RUNNING trust me this will happen and remeber what I said they are only out for the money not for you. Go and see for yourself they are not right here. Please look for a good doctor there are several here in dallas that actually is not in a store front in a real doctors office. If the doctor is in a store front there is something wrong with them seek a true professional. This is real advice from a former patient at this clinic everything here is TRUE just dont go here. They say that the doctors see each patient on every visit for what to jump a round vibrator on your back for less than a minute that dont help anyone all we wany is real treatment and what we pay for a family member or child can jump the vibrator/massager on my back thats not what we pay alot of money to you for. Now is it? If you have worked so hard for 4 years to build a great business than PLEASE do your job treat your patients the right way and actually adjust them. Nobody cares about your bathrooms when I was there you didnt have any of that it was NASTY and dirty congratulations on your new bathroom remodel but I wouold have preferred you the supposed doctor actually adjust me like the doctor did that I went to right after you. She is an actual professional and she actually cared about getting me better when you did not. SO I glad taht you got new travertine and all of that but I still would have rather had actual TREATMENT I can use the bathroom at my home which I am sure its alot more comfortable. I was there for treatment not to use a stupid bathroom TREATMENT that you FAILED to PROVIDE me.

I have been with North Dallas Chiropractic for 9 weeks with a hiatus because my father died suddenly 8 weeks ago. I was injured in a significant collision, in which fortunately there were no blood or broken bones, but my back and neck hurt, and the pain grew worse each day. I had never been to a chiropractor, but because of PIP and the state of auto-medical insurance, it was my only option. I am sure that there exist other great chiropractors, but after asking around, I did not find one that fit me so I went online. The office: location, insurance, and tone seemed to fit me well, and the stars encouraged me. Before I make other comments, I must sadly note that I was hit from the side last week in a second auto accident in two months. This was with less force, but for physiological reasons that I do not know, my back and neck started regressing quickly. I also had other hits and possibly internal bruises, but those seem to be healing nicely on their own. I say this to explain why I will be with the clinic far longer than originally planned. I freely and gladly give the office five stars. Dr. Arndt, DC, the chiropractor who does most of the work, is friendly, professional, and clear, and will kindly answer questions. This matters because I am an, even if obedient, assertive patient, wanting know about every technique and machine. The staff is also nice and competent. I particularly want to praise, Eureka, Keisha, and Matthew. All do their different parts so well. There are numerous back office people who do their jobs as well, but I do not know them and cannot state any further. I do not want to leave out Cindy, but she is still learning, and so I refrain from further comment. I strongly recommend, if it is not extremely far from you, North Dallas Chiropractic. I add additionally that Dr. Arndt is very clear about not trying to suck you into a lifetime of appointments. When you are healed, which in my case requires three appointments a week for between eight and twelve weeks, you are finished, however, to maintain your neuro-skeletal health, he will advise (and I suggest you take) regular check-up visits just like you might have with your internist or general practitioner.

Please be careful PEOPLE I received a letter from these people attorney DEMANDING that I remove a post that I made earlier in the year. WOW I couldnt beleive this when I read it saying that I was causing them to loose business GOOD I am glad because that is just a few less people that wont get taken advantage of. Let me tell you I will not remove my posts because they are TRUE. I the consumer have every right to post a review about my experience with your establishment this is called FREEDOM OF SPEECH...... and if it hurt you and your business than its not my fault its yours. If you would have cared enough to actually treat me or try to rectify the situation with me that was caused by you and the staff there than you probably wouldnt have gotten a bad review. Now they are threatening me with court action???? Good lets go because I am not afraid to tell the truth about you and they way that I was treated there or should I say not treated there. And for the lady that posted a review a month ago I am sorry for what happened to you there I hope that you are feeling better now it just goes to show you that my review was 100% TRUE and like I said if you dont beleive in my review go ahead and go there see for yourself my review was based on an actual experience with these people and I truly feel sorry for anyone else that this happens to. As far as the clinic goes instead of trying to sick your attorney on people who are giving honest reviews about actual experiences with your clinic why dont you just try and change the way that you do things like actually start to care about people and the pain that they are in and not only stick them on a machine for treatment you know do what almost all the other chiropractors are doing ADJUST PEOPLE DO YOUR JOB after all thats what we all pay for ACTUAL TREATMENT that to me sounds like a better way to get good reviews that are honest reviews from actual patients. All we wanted was help not more pain and suffering or more frustration like dealing with your attorney and the courts by telling the truth. Really???? I am sorry that the truth hurts your business but thats the way the old saying goes TRUTH HURTS.....
