I purchased my sons glasses here. I thought this would be a good idea just in case hed break them since they came with a one year warranty. Sure enough after 8 months, my son was in need of having them repaired. I went in with the damaged glasses and Rebecca informed me that theyd be ready in no time. I was missing the leg to the glasses and she told me , "dont worry about it Ill get them fixed" After about two weeks of waiting, I took the initiative to call (no one thought it be a good idea to contact me) and inquire about the status of the order. Once I was able to get a response, they informed me that they were NOT going to be able to go on with the order without the piece. After sharing my frustrations with them on how they had told me "not to worry about it", I searched and finally came across what I believed was the missing part. AGAIN, I make the trip to the East side, AGAIN I drop off the piece, AGAIN, I wait. After another week of not hearing back from them, I AGAIN, take the initiative to call and inquire. AGAIN they let me know that theyre unable to full fill my request because its the WRONG leg piece!!! This time I dont bother sharing my frustration and search high and low for the missing and famous leg. I FINALLY come across the missing link and AGAIN drop off yet another piece. Two weeks later, VOILA! I have my sons eye glasses ready (they actually DID call me THIS time) As I am picking up the glasses, I ask for them to kindly return the wrong piece I had originally dropped off. No one seems to know where it is. They promise a call back ... I WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT... no call back. I call AGAIN two days later. No one seems to know what I am talking about so I YET AGAIN explain what the issue is. They still cant find it and promise a call back. Did they call back? Youve guessed it!! NOPE. I call the following Monday and they inform me that yes, they did return the original piece along with everything else... WHAT??!! Am I going crazy?? I guess I must have gotten amnesia and totally forgotten about this, because she sure as hell is POSITIVE about giving it back. I think I would have appreciated an honest answer and apology, but I guess this is the best the staff could provide me with ... calling me a LIAR. I think this business has no professionalism, poor customer service, NO COMMUNICATION skills. A very frustrated FORMER customer, Valeria Lara

Very pleasantly surprised with my first visit! I was originally scheduled for a Wednesday but because I ended up having the day off the Tuesday before, I called that morning and asked if I could switch my appointment to that same day. The receptionist answering the phone said there were 5 clients with appointments for that afternoon but that I was more than welcome to swing by around 2:45 p.m. so that the doctor could see me in-between appointments. Sure enough, I went in and they immediately got my information, took me into the first exam room and right after, to the doctor’s exam room. He was quick, thorough, and very approachable. He guided me through the examination with ease and comfort. I had my eyes dilated and he had me wait about 20 mins (more like 35-40 but some of his scheduled patients had shown up and I didn’t mind since I was looking at glasses). While I waited, a very friendly and helpful gentleman helped me try out a wide array of glasses they had available and helped me successfully select the frame I wanted. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes of completing my selection, the doctor called me back in, finished the exam, and c’est fini! I really appreciate their quick service, approachable mannerisms, accommodations, and overall customer service. The receptionists were a bit on the serious side in comparison to the rest of the staff but were still diligent and cordial. Looking forward to picking up my glasses and scheduling an appointment for my husband soon.

Dr. Pholvichitr is the best!!! I had never been to an optometrist that would his time with patients and examine their eyes with care like he does. His wife is also an excellent lady and she is very very helpful! the complete staff in this office is excellent and you are treated with professionalism! i love going to this place i believe i been going for almost 2 years and will continue to visit such amazing eye doctor and staff! thank you Dr. Pholvichitr

Ordered transition lenses & changed my mind a day later. They didnt allow me to change the order. They offered exchanging the lenses but with no refund. THEN, at the same time I ordered contacts. Well, they charged me for them but didnt order them. 2 weeks later & I still dont have my contacts. Horrible! Never again. PS-the dr doesnt spend a lot of time with you, contrary to what others are saying.

This doctor is great. Very friendly and patient, throughout the years with other doctors I always felt rushed like they just wanted to get it over with. But Pholvichitr, very patient wanted for me to take my time, I felt very comfortable. Ive been going to him for 3 years now and never going to anyone else, I highly recommend to pay him a visit.

Never got an appointment receptionist kept saying were not on the medicaid plan when the insurance I was telling her was not a medicaid plan, then I said it is notmeficaid again and then she said o well were not in that plan either, dr if your office is empty now you know why

Not ok with my visit. My prescription was horrible and I paid a ton of money even with insurance. Now I have to pay out of pocket for another visit and new contacts or glasses because my insurance was already billed. I should of just went to Stanton optical.

Staff was friendly and saw me a couple hour before my appointment. Doctor was quick, but thorough and pleasant to talk with. He even gave me a trial pair of contacts even though I didnt need them. (Hey! FREE CONTACTS). I will definitely go back.

Dr. Pholvichitr is extremely thorough and very nice. I have nothing negative to say about this doctor or his office. If you live on the eastside/lower valley area and are looking for an eye doctor--go with him, you will not be disappointed.

Was seen as a walk-in rather swiftly. The doctor was quick but thorough. I did have to wait for my glasses, but that was due to my insurance, not by the optometrist. My glasses fit the first time and have been problem free for 3 months now.
