Ive been going here for 8 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Today they definitely LOST all of my families business (I have 3 of us who use glasses). I called to get an appointment for all 3 of us on the same day/after each other and they refused. It is office policy NOT to book families back to back due to cancellations and the time it books/takes up. Uh, are you freaking serious?! I have one day where we all can go and Im in Rita Ranch - I refuse to drive back and forth twice because the office policy wont let me book my family together. Good luck with that policy guys. Wont be seeing you later.

I like this store a lot! Employees are nice and very attentive. I love going there, really pleased with the service. Sabrina was helping me this year with my prescription and frames and she really went above and beyond. I would strongly recommend this place.

Dr. Blonder is wonderful but the front desk staff is incompetent, absent minded, and delivers substandard customer service. I filed a complaint to Dr. Blonder about my horrible experience and he took care of it right away and made me happy.
