DO NOT recommend for safety glasses!!! Doctor was great and knowledgeable, staff is polite, BUT Ive been waiting 7weeks for my glasses! Any other place usually take no longer than 7-10 business days. Even when staff was professional, I expect to get what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time, especially because this is something I need for my job. ***Correction to response*** You may be misinformed I was NOT contacted by the lab, nor any messages or missed calls. I myself called and had to check up. Secondly, I did NOT receive two free pair of glasses, I received the new pair I dropped off , broken by the lab. and a new pair to replace the broken ones. Thank you for your response, just thought Id let you for future purposes.

Had a warm, friendly, and thorough exam with comprehensive explanations for all of my questions. Never felt rushed at any point during the eye exams and was very happy with the prescription. My previous eye doctor hadnt been nearly as patient and Id ended up with an incorrect prescription. Now I barely take my glasses off and I no longer feel like my eyes are exhausted. Thanks to this experience Im considering getting contacts next year. Staff was extremely helpful and competent. Did not feel pushed or harassed into purchasing anything I didnt want. So great Im bringing my entire family here.

I have not been there in a really long time, and when i called yesterday to schedule an appointment Irma answered the Phone and she was very rude, very pushy, i have a stutter and sometimes take really long to talk. She just wanted to get off the phone, tried to finish my sentences. i hung up, today i called and an Eva answered the phone she answered all my questions, , she was VERY patient and sweet! thought she should receive a good review.

The staff and Dr. Baim are great. Im visiting from out of town and started seeing flashes on Friday night . They saw me Saturday morning and Dr. Baim used some sophisticated machinery to photograph inside my eye to see if there was damage to the retina. Luckily there was not. He is very thorough and I feel that he provided excellent care.

I went about a month ago. The girls in the front desk were very sweet, Carmen was very nice, and Eva was very funny. dr bain was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and took his time with me, the only problem i had was with Irma, she was pushy trying to sell me things i KNOW i did not need. great office in General!!

Dr is very thorough, but not very personable, which is fine. Front desk staff polite and kind. The optician who helped me after the exam (Irma) was curt and felt pushy about products and as if I were required to get my glasses there. 4 Stars for Doctor... 2 stars for optician.

I regret I used this firm for several years; they are expensive and dont do proper tests. I could never read well with the lenses they prescribed. Finally I consulted a proper eye doc and had Lesco make the lenses for $40 rather than $400 Silverbell charged me.
