Dr. Florence and his staff are wonderful. I have had some less than great dental experiences over the years and since coming to PVD (5+ years ago) have been more than happy. They are knowledgable, caring and gentle; have current technology and equipment; the facility is very welcoming and clean. I really appreciate how Dr. Florence clearly states what needs to be done and what options are available, including cost estimates. Knowing my family and I are receiving top quality dental care while being treated with kindness and respect is the most important thing to me. I have three young children (7, 5, 2) who are all excited when they "get to go" to the Dentist!

Amazing! My wife has had really bad experiences in the past with other dentist so was terrified when she broke a tooth and needed work done. Dr. Powell was fantastic, he was attentive, kind and patient taking the time to explain options and addressing every concern. Bottom line is the entire experience was as fantastic as any visit to the dentist could possibly be! Highly recommend!

This is the Greatest Restaurant; I loved the servers and the food! We take our parents for a afternoon out, daddy 91 is in a wheel Chair, Mom is 92. My sisters and I love to take them somewhere special. They are so kind and attentive. A great place for a delicious meal, and atmosphere. Great memories, THANK-YOU

They were friendly and efficient when I went in. No judgement or lectures on the fact that it had been quite a few years since I had been to the dentist. They were also wonderful with my 4 7 2 year old daughters. My girls were nervous and were immediately put at ease and ended up having a fun experience.

Dr. Zaugg and staff are wonderful. They have made both of my children, who typically dread the dentist, not completely hate the experience which is all I can really ask. I love that we all go to the same dentist and they do what they can to get myself and my two children in together.

I generally do not like going to the dentist, and tend to get slightly anxious. The staff at Pleasant Valley Dental are fantastic, and in my opinion, very affordable for those with or without dental insurance.
