If I could proceed with this review w/no stars, I would. This facility is horrible to say the least. The staff couldnt be more incompetent. A group of five people cant make an effort to use their brains to make patients appointments pleasant. To start off, a six-month follow up appointment had to be rescheduled three times. The first time, because they couldnt verify the insurance coverage. Yes, they waited until we were there to disclose that. The issue was resolved the following day so the another appointment was scheduled. Note: I requested the rep at the front desk to contact me once coverage was verified and she did not. Upon arrival, all seemed well until it was time for the dentist to render his services. The doctor declined proceeding any further with the appointment as a document needed to be completed by my dads nephrologist due to his kidney failure. I understand that may be required and Im all for complying with this rule especially to ensure dads health wasnt affected by this appointment. HOWEVER, this had never been required prior to this appointment when his ESRD was disclosed since his first appt. a couple of years prior to. 1. Clearly, ALL staff overlooked this and dads health couldve been affected due to this negligence. 2. If this was a known requirement by ALL staff, why wasnt this form requested to be completed by dads nephrologist well in advance to ensure all needed services could be rendered at the time of the appointment? Fkn idiots! All of them -especially the front office folks. I dont understand how none of the five ppl in the front desk area couldnt have thought to address all matters prior to the appointments. Needless to say, we did not return to the third appointment due to the lack of incompetence from these folks. I stayed put anyway to see if theyd follow thru by obtaining the completed form and they never did. Not only did I offer to get it taken care of, my assistance was denied reassuring theyd take care of it. One more thing, my dad was disabled --wheelchair bound. Dealing with this type of nonsense is just ridiculous. We couldve easily continued being patients at this facility had everyone done the job they are paid & expected to do. Is that so difficult? Beware. Stay away. This location is a complete & utter joke.

I called to make an appointment, which was very easy, and was assured that they accepted mercy care. Someone from the office called me the morning of my appt, less than a hour before, to say she wasnt sure my plan covered the dentist. She said she would confirm and call me back. Never received a call back, and when I called myself, she still had not checked. The time of my appt passed and still no contact. Now Im making an appointment elsewhere–this was completely unprofessional.

They have NO clue of absolutely nothing i signed a contract for 4K and they give me a poor service whats wrong with this people??? They dont know whens my sons appointment they dont recognize my name and email and they didnt send me any information about my sons next check up I dont know what to do now Do I have to stay or broke the contract? What to do? Wow im so disappointed and confused!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

I made an emergency appointment at 10am in the morning and when I went to my appointment they did not have any record of me! When I asked the desk what happened all they could say was corporate makes a lot of mistakes! Ridiculous! So not only am i still in pain but now I am very concerned where my information is!! I would highly suggest anyone steer clear of this business!

Worse dental ever they had called me to verify if Im still going to make it to my appointment and I said no that I will give them a call so I can figure it out 2 weeks later I get charge for not showing up to my appointment thats dumb another week passes I got another bill like thats not right I dont recommend this place to no one what so ever goo some where els plz .

Worst front office, & Orthodontist..so glad I never have to take or have my daughter go there again! If I talked or greeted patients the way this office runs , (they never greet you)I dont think Id have a job.. Never will I recommend anyone there! and it happened every time we walked in that place!!! Western Dental on 7st & McDowell should be shut down!!!

Horrible service , Employees are rude, and should be providing quality customer service and assist patients appropriately depending on time frames scheduled . Very disorganized and clearly not happy with their job. I have friends who visit other locations, but none are clearly as bad as this one. Transferring immediately to a different dental office.

Horrible. Dentist did not listen when examining my x-ray and ended up scheduling me to have a tooth drilled that was NOT causing me pain. This extended my tooth ache an extra WEEK! Then they charged me for the procedure I did not have done. It took weeks for me to correct the charge with my health insurance. Run away from this office! It sucks!

I had a 5 pm appoinment and they didnt give me the service, cause they are not supposed to have 5 pm appoinments (thats what the front desk rude girl said) cause it takes at least 2 hours to do all the things they have to take care when you arrive. So why they gave me a 5 pm appoinment? This was at the Mcdowell clinic.

Have to say I was impressed shortest wait I have ever had at the dentist. I was prob back sitting in a chair within 5 minutes of being in the door. Also that hygeinist Stacy had hands of an angel that was the first time I havent had pain with a cleaning. For the first time Im not scared to go back to the dentist.

I recently visited Western Dental on 7th st and mcdowell. Ive never had such an amazing experience. Reyna in the front desk helped me with my finances, her exceptional customer service made me feel so comfotable with starting treatment. Im so happy with how I was treated.

I really liked my experience here. The front staff was very friendly, the Doctors and back staff were so helpful and professional. The hygienist was so nice she did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. All in all an amazing office.

Still in my dentist chair and waiting and waiting. It has been over an hour. Stay tuned. Update After several hours on the chair. The waiting is horrible! However, the staff and dentist are very nice and friendly.

I spent $1200 on a crown/ screw on tooth looked ok, but found out 8 months later from another dentist there was an abcess in it have to have it pulled, good luck filing grievances too!!- money money money

After waiting 1.5 hours for my 1:30pm appointment, I was told by the staff that the dentist had an emergency and it was unknown when he would be back. I will not be returning.

This is not a good place. The work is okay, but the staff are mean, rude, and unprofessional. It seems like theyre annoyed every time I visit and dont want me to be there.
