I would NOT recommend anyone to go here. I had a horrible experience. I walked in and asked about getting my wisdom teeth taken out. The lady at the counter scheduled me an appointment. I thought that I would need at least two appointments for something like this. She told me that they would do an exam, and take the wisdom teeth out that same day. I took off a week of work for this, I had to find means of transportation. The whole time I thought everything was handled on there end. Well, on the day of my appointment the dentist then informed me that he did not have enough time in my appointment slot to take them out. And then he asked if Id eaten today.. Because I had he could not put me under either. Well, no one even told me that I cant eat within so many hours. I was very unhappy at all of the miscommunication and just the overall bad experience. I missed a weeks worth of pay, and still have my wisdom teeth. It is a very disfunctional workplace, and a poor doctors office. The employees have no idea what they are doing. I work at a doctors office myself, and I cannot believe how many things they do not go over with their patients. If I were you, Id spend my money at a place where at least you know what youre in for. Its just BAD BAD BAD!!

After nearly ten years of not having dental care, I was both ashamed and terrified to go into see a dentist. My mouth was full of cavities and an erupted tooth and needed quite a bit of care. Within a few minutes of walking into the office, I knew I had picked the right place! The staff was SO incredibly kind and understanding about my problems. They comforted me and let me know that it was good I was coming in, and that things could have been much worse. Not only did they make me feel more comfortable about my embarrassing issue, they also educated me on every single step Id need to get back on the right path. They answered all of my questions, which were a LOT! Everyone here is so patient and you can truly tell that they care about your well being, not just your business. In my entire life, Ive never had such a professional and personal experience with a staff. I would absolutely recommend going in to see them! They go out of their way to EARN your business, not just expect it. I love these guys and Ill be seeing them for life! Thanks for all that you guys have done for me and continue to do with each of my visits to come bug you guys! Youve truly changed my life. I can smile again!!!

This place is really great!! Brought my son in for his appointment and was greeted at the front desk by a very friendly receptionist. The dental hygienist was very thorough in cleaning his teeth. She answered all my questions and explained everything to my son as she did it. She engaged in conversation with my daughter too and they both really enjoyed talking to her! These people love what they do and it shows in the way they treat their patients! He used to hate the dentist and for the first time he told me "Wow the dentist isnt so bad, I actually like it now!" As a mom that is excellent to hear! There is a screen above the chair that shows everything that is up on the dentists TV screen too, including the camera they use to take detailed pictures and xrays. The dentist was friendly and really great with my son!! I plan on getting my sons braces here this month. After my experience here I wouldnt go anywhere else! I highly recommend Professional dental!

This place is super ghetto. The front desk girls are trashy and when I went it, they were so slow and rude. I should have known this place would be terrible since it isnt a private practice. Word of caution, this is not the place to go for quality dental work. Update: Their marketing person, Kirsten, called me to ask why I left this review and if I would change it. Then, when I told Kirsten the reason why I left this review, she hung up on me. I still feel that the staff here is completely unprofessional and rude.

My experience with professional dental has been great. (As great as going to the dentist can be.)The doctors are very nice and care about their patients. Dr. Christiansen helped me get through some anxiety about getting work done. Casey in the front has helped me countless times with insurance and making it as inexpensive as possible with extremely quality work. Everyone is very kind and wants you to have a great experience. If youre in Ogden or Layton area and looking for a dentist, this place is great.
