I do not understand how my experience today could possibly be soooo much different then the others Ive read. I went in today expecting the worst experience of my life based on the comments Ive read. Instead, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who collected my information, I think her name was Katrina but Im not a100% sure. Then I was asked to please wait. After just a few minutes I was called back and shown where to sit for my blood work. There was some issue getting my blood drawn because sometimes Im a hard patient to draw from because my veins dont always cooperate. The lady trying to draw my blood (Katrina I think) immediately called in another lady and asked for assistance. They where both very apologetic (even though it really wasnt their fault) and the second lady was able to draw my blood sample. The entire experience was friendly and I never once was treated rude or with disrespect. Later in the day, I called my doctors office to find out when the results should be in, they suggested that I call Labcorp and ask them to fax my results to the doctors office. The lady I spoke with on the phone, Tammy, explained to me, very politely, that my doctor would have access to my results as soon as they were available. Then she told me that I could sign up on their website to see the results myself and proceeded to explain how to do this. I do not know what or why these other people seemed to have such an issue, but I can say for myself, this was a very good experience and would recommend Labcorp on Edgewood in Lakeland to anyone. Oh, and I signed in at 12:09 pm, when I got in my car to leave, it was 12:31 pm.

I went there and waited forever there were two ladies working and I got the lady with the long blonde hair and because of her lies saying I was not urinating enough after two attempts and 5 cups of water I lost my job opportunity after I had already quit my other job and stayed jobless. After I got hired for another job I went to Labcorp in Lakeland hills( which is way better and faster) and all she needed was one tube, went to Quest for another job and she only needed urine for one tube while this other lady at Labcorp in Edgewood had a tube and another half tube of urine and still demanding more urine. I wish I would of known then she was just giving me a hard time and being racist towards me but I couldnt remember how much they needed since it had been a few years since Ive taken a drug test. It was sad and a big disappointment that I lost a very awesome job opportunity and knowing it was because of a test I could of passed. When I got the paperwork from the company it showed that she put "1st attempt shy bladder" which is a lie cause I tried twice and gave her more than enough both times but all she did was pour it out and lied.

Its just a long waite every time you go you got the receptionist and the girl that draws blood and thats it , it standing room only even at 6 0clock in the am , I guess there trying to save money because theil never be more than 2 employees there at any time that I can see . Now the blood suckered is nice to ya, but u dare better not say the wrong thing to that reseptiouness, its like your walking on pins and Needles around her . If you can the one on Lakeland hills blvd are a little faster but no one in there is friendly , but it Benn a year since I been there , it might have changed but I doubt it. It could just be polk county its a heathanistic and backwoods kind of its got a history of rudeness I guess.

I was just in yesterday. I made an appointment before I arrived. The lady to greeted me at the front desk was nice. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes and I was out of there. I think its important to make an appointment and bring everything you need. I can see how they would come off rude if a person wasnt prepared because while I was in there two gentlemen forgot their IDs or didnt follow directions. People are nice when you follow directions and dont waste their time. My 2 cents.

Terrible customer service. There were three people in line behind me waiting to just sign in and nobody greeted us or even said "just one moment". After about 10 minutes I grew impatient and knocked. The response I heard from staff was a pissed off "WHAT?". If this staff does not know how to interact with a patient, they should not be in this line of work. Highly recommend going to a different location. You dont want someone with a nasty attitude putting a needle into your arm.

The front desk lady named Tammy was very rude not only to me but, 3 other people were talking about how rude she was as well. I walked in with an appointment and a smile. I showed her my paper and right off it was attitude. I was polite to her the whole time so there was no reason to be so rude. Shes very unprofessional and didnt want to help anyone. I will NOT return to this location!!

Worse place ever! Damn front desk is slow and if you have an appointment it really doesnt matter you wait and wait for a long time, and people who have appointment and come in late 10 mins or 15mins late thats ok they will still take them first! Damn ridiculous!! Staff sucks here Go somewhere else

Only one person taking blood at a time.. line of several people. No point in going in as a walk in, better schedule appointment before u go because they cater to them which is understandable but it just takes forever to get called back. Do yourself and go to Lakeland Highlands location.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO, I WAITED 2 HOURS TO GET A URINE TEST FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND MADE ME LATE FOR MY WORK AND THEN TO FIND OUT LADY WITH LONG HAIR LOST MY DRIVING LICENSE. THERE EXCUSE TO SUCH BAD SERVICE IS THAT THERE IS ONLY 2 OF THEM THERE TO HELP WITH CUSTOMERS.

I dont know where all these poor reviews are coming from. We go once or twice a month, always in the afternoon and always make an appointment. We have never had a long wait, usually in and out within 15 mins! Staff had always been friendly. Never a problem!

Absolutely terrible! Waited in line for them to come back from lunch at noon. Then waited for an hour and a half to be told that they are out of the cups needed for my test. Go to another location or go to another business. Completely unprepared.

Worst lab Ive ever visited. I arrived at 7:30am with only 5 people ahead of me. I say there for over and hour and a half (1.5 hours) before they got to me. There is zero staff at this location. I recommend driving to any other location.
