I arrived at 6:33 a.m. (the sign on the door and the website says 6:30am-3:30pm) and the door was locked, lobby dark and no one inside. I work, so I waited until 6:43 am and still no one in sight, there were 5 people waiting. This happened to me the last visit to this labcorp. Do they not have to show for work on time? This is very poor business and work ethics and something should be done about this...

Havent even been r here byt sucks so far...called and told no appointment needed. H y sband showed up early a.m. amd told he shoild have made appt. 45 min. at least so he left. I went on website and made appt. Tried to set up account, but sald technical difficulties. Not much hope for improvement...

Not enough help, went two different location the first one had over two and a half hour wait second one was about the same except it was cleaner and nicer looking and the one person that was working was very nice. Needs more employees fast fast.

This location does not honor appointments. They just go down the list. If the two prople that arrive at the same time without an appt but sign ahead in lone. They go first before you who have an appt.

I will never waste my time coming in here! I have insurance and they were obnoxious. I walked to Quest! Much nicer from walking in to processing my lab work. Love Quest!!!!

Waited only 5 mins before being called back and was seen before my appointment time however upon signing in, a sign stated they go in order of sign in list
