This location, which unfortunately is apparently the ONLY one in Spartanburg, USED to be a nice place. There were two young and very professional ladies running the blood testing and paperwork. They were super sharp and knew what they were doing. Very nice, very gentle. The last three times I have gone in there are two older women who look (sorry but the truth hurts) like Granny Clampett from the Beverly Hillbillies. They dont know what codes to enter or how to do the paperwork and where the younger ladies were so gentle and painless when they drew blood these old gals feel like they are going in with a ryobi drill-driver. What in the world is LabCorp thinking!? Id recommend you go elsewhere if you have a choice.

This is the worst medical office I have ever been to. So unprofessional. They say horrible things about coworkers who arent present and dont care who hears. They dont care if they make you wait or consider getting you done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, im stuck here listening to these people for a 3 hour test. Theres no music playing or tv to watch to drown out the talking. Somebody needs to come in here and check out what the staff is doing.

Currently sitting in waiting room... NO REASON TO MAKE APPT they dont honor them!! The lady at the front desk is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person Ive ever seen. A company should really give this company some competition. I would rather pay for a drug screen than to ever have to come here again. Awful!! Fortunately, the lady working in the back taking the samples was EXTREMELY nice and apologetic about the wait and quick.

We are sitting here currently. They have a full waiting room and only one technician who is taking blood, doing drug screens, and running the front end with paperwork. I feel horrible for the technician. This is very unsafe and i dont feel it is appropriate to have one stressed out staff member handling these import tests.
