Hands down the worse customer service Ive ever had. I needed routine bloodwork, quick and easy process. I went around noon the first time. Every chair in the waiting room was full, with people standing outside. I asked the lady at the desk how long the wait was, and was told it would be 2+ hours. Ridiculous! Two days later tried again. I went in around 1:30. There were 6 people waiting. When I asked again how long the wait was, the woman shrugged and said she had no idea. When she figured out I wasnt walking away she disappeared for 10 minutes, came back, and said it was at least an hour wait. Absolutely mind boggling how ridiculous these wait times are for a 5 minute service. The front desk receptionist should also get a course on courtesy and professionalism.

At first the wait did take a few minutes and mind you I am absolutely petrified of needles so the whole time I was on edge and nervous, They finally called me back and I had a young gentlman by the name of Richard help me and instantly as I walked to the room I started crying due to previous bad experiences with needles. Richard took the time to calm me down he helped me relax and he kept my mind on other things while taking my blood. He then got me a cold drink and a wet towel because I got extremely flushed and I broke out into a cold sweat. I can say this was by far the best Quest diagnostics center I have been to. Well worth the wait.

We have been getting blood work done at the Plant city office for many years and have always had excellent service. Edith is usually the tech that we have. She is not only professional and gentle but she is a sweet lady. My husband has a very difficult time having blood drawn and has had many bad experiences elsewhere, but Edith get him first stick every time. They are great there.

Rude and unprofessional staff. If you dont want to work, then dont. Quit and sit at home all day. Was sent away from this location because they "dont do" certain tests on certain days- though the website still lets you schedule those tests for those days..? So someone is lying and lazy.

They are rude and had people sitting there for more than 2 hours just do a drug test and when asked how much longer, the lady couldnt even give an answer. After sitting there for 3 hours I only saw 3-4 people got called back

Absolutely hands down rudest staff Ive ever experienced. The lady that initially greeted us very nice but thats it. If you dont like your career choice change it dont take it out on the patients that come to your office !

Scheduled an appointment for blood work and was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the woman who took my blood was very gentle and understanding of my fear of needles.

Waited 3 HOURS to take a stupid drug screen test and the waiting room had a total of 4 people in it. The worst place Ive ever been to. Dont waste youre time.

Over 45 minute wait in a practically empty waiting room. Better make an appointment even if youre walking in at early afternoon when its dead!!
