Actually my wife went in as a walk-in last Saturday. The staff was nice and helpful and it was easy to get seen, I am happy with your medical group, especially with the doctors. She is going to choose you guys for primary doctors. My only comment is that waiting rooms could use more chairs or larger waiting room. However I repeat myself the staff and service are excellent. If you took out-of-state BCBS PPO I would like to go there myself.

Horrible experience both times being at this place , they just left me in the room to go and deal with another patient but didnt even finish putting in my info and the last time I was here I was prescribed an antibiotics for anxiety and depression, makes no sense , I already hate coming to the doctors but these people just make it worse , on the other hand the receptionist is very kind !!! I would never recommend coming here!!!!

Ive had Dr. Dana Perrin as my primary care physician since my cancer diagnosis almost 4 years ago. I have been very happy with him. He always makes me feel comfortable and never makes me feel like hes rushing through the appointment. No matter how busy they are, Dr. Perrin and the staff take the time to listen to me. They are always polite and professional.

I would rate it minus five stars but it does not give an option. Staff is rude, place is dirty. They all assume that because you are there you automatically speak Spanish. Had to step out in order to not get in to a argument with a nurse that kept being rude towards me. I much rather get my care from the VA than this clinic.

Everything went great! Glad I didnt wait until next week to be seen! I was in pain so I was kind of mad about everything.... The wait time wasnt bad after the paperwork was done... NP went straight to the point and was and willing to hear me out! Thank you ladies!!! Rx was very nice and helpful! Thank you guys!

Not true, they give you clear instructions for your appointments to be early 45 min/hour first visit. I did and had appt, blood work and all done an it was only 3:31, appt time 3:30. Office very clean, staff attentive and nice. If you are a walk in then u may have to wait.

This is the slowest doctors office ive ever been to. Make an appointment means nothing. Had an appointment at 8am for my wife all she needed was a shot and an hour later still waiting on the doctor. NEEDS BETTER SERVICE!!!!!!!
