I was in need of finding the right counseling place, who wants to go to counseling right...but i was depressed and at my end (so i thought) well i gave them a call and got a appt with Nancy Wolf. I wasnt happy to go, i sucked it up and gave her a try. I had a break through the first sesson and i was in disbelief anybody could make sense of my life!!!! I cant put into words how i feel about Nancy and how she changed my life, she pretty much saved it :) She is a wonderful counselor and i always tell my friends and family they need to see someone at cheer counseling, its a awesome caring place and they are game changers,..so please dont be discouraged pick up the phone! Please dont take my appointment with nancy tho!! :)

Linda Faulkner is a very knowledgeable and experienced counselor at Cheer Counseling. She was able to ease my anxiety of having to see a therapist and is easy to talk to. She is very attentive to both verbal and nonverbal communication such as body language during a session and is able to communicate what your body language reflects versus the words that may be coming out of your mouth. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to accommodate our schedules. If asked, I would recommend her to others.

Not only have I tried this place once, but twice! Should have stayed there when the 3 amigas were there! Office staff a few years ago was excellant! Now I cant even get a good phone conversation out of ANYONE!! The owner fell asleep during our session, my insurance has been double billed, she will not repay what I am owed. I have information that this woman is fraudently billing all kinds of insurance companys, I do NOT recommend anyone going to this fly by night office.

My wife had to drag me to counseling. Once there the OFFICE staff helped me feel comfortable. We have never had a problem with scheduling. Keep in mind these are independent counselors so sometimes there other schedules get double booked. It is not Cheers fault. They always take the time to accomodate and correct any situation. I pass out their cards to everyone I meet.

Great experience from start to finish. Linda helped my wife and I immensely. Sometimes all it takes is someone neutral to see the differences and open both parties eyes to them. I would recommend CHEER to anyone looking for counseling, and if I ever needed it again, I would be right back at CHEER.

The office staff has a very fast turn-over rate and poor training. More than once my childrens appointments have been moved or cancelled without my knowledge or consent. Their therapist is excellent and we want to continue working with him or we would have found someone else long ago.

Just went here not long ago. NEVER COME HERE. Linda is a horrible person. She has horrible bedside manner and wont listen to anything you say because she "knows" whats best. Horrible lady. May she die a painful death

Ive been with Nancy Wolf for the entire summer, and shes really helped me make progress. Shes a warm and kind lady and is great dealing with my trauma and I intend to keep seeing her for a long time.
