Rude and unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe this place! Took my grandmother here as a new patient and waited over an hour to be seen. Went back for lab work so that the Dr would refill her thyroid and BP medicine (he required labs be done before refilling even though they are not narcotics or addictive drugs and shes been on them for years) waited over 45 mins for labs. Upon checking out I asked if they could give her a prescription for enough of her medicine to get her through until she came back for her follow up from the lab work and the lady at the front desk said that was fine and she said she put the order in. I went the next day to pick up her medicine and it hasnt been called in. I called the office and spoke with the office manager Janean at 1:00 and she promised she would get the order to the nurse right away to call in. I went back to walmart at 4:00 and still no prescription! It took me 30 minutes of calling continuously to get someone else to answer the phone and then I spoke with Christine and she was so rude and acted like me being upset was just absurd. She then told me she was putting the prescription through herself as I spoke to her. I got off the phone with her and called walmart 15 mins later and they still had not called it in. I tried calling the office back and no-one would answer and then they closed at 5. So my grandmother was without medication for the entire weekend causing her blood pressure to go up so high that I had to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital. All because irresponsible lazy staff wouldnt do their job and call in a prescription. Im seeking legal counsel to have The Clark Clinic responsible for the cost of the ambulance and ER visit as she would not have had to go if they would have called in her blood pressure medicine.

I had been going to bushnell medical clinic for quite some time with my husband. They dont listen to you and Chris Walters acts like hes always got somewhere more important to be and is extremely patronizing for a PA. When I went to clark clinic I got Dr. Ortiz. I found him very respectable and listened to me and wrote me the appropriate prescriptions when bushnell medical would not the day before. My husband who hates the Drs office also went there and had the same results. The facilities are a bit humble and there is a long wait in the waiting room but they take walk ins as well as scheduled appointments and try to accommodate everyone which Im sure no one took into account or even knew that about them. I am an RN. I understand medicine and how it works and the unrealistic expectations that the general public has for healthcare. I WILL be going back to clark clinic.

Was very disappointed. Sat there in the doctors office with the doctor for 20 minutes (paying for a visit mind you) while they had someone elses information in my chart. I was told I had symptoms that were someone elses. I brought this to the office managers attention, who response was basically "oops at least your diagnosis ended up ok". I wonder how long it will take them to tell the other patient what is "really" wrong with them, apparently they lack organization. My last appt I had blood work, in which was taken in the back office due to improper medical facilities on premise. Between that, I will not go back. I do not wish to risk a misdiagnosis due to carelessness, nor to I wish to pay for this either. I will not tolerate incompetency. I work too hard for my private insurance.

i had an appointment for 10:15 am, at 11:30 a doctor bruno walks in does not say hello or introduce himself. he looks at the computer and asks me if i am a new patient.. when i tell him i am he gets real pissed and says he cant understand why they keep giving him new patients when he cant handle what he has. after hearing him say this in a hateful way i got up and walked out. as i was leaving there were about twenty people waiting and most were mad and had long wait times. doctor bruno should find another line of work that he would me happier at because he sure makes a lousy doctor.as for clark clinic they overbook and want more and more money without providing decent service. stay away

The Clark Clinic has provided an invaluable service to the Bushnell community for over 27 years. The staff is highly trained and Dr. Clark was trained at the Mayo Clinic. There have been positive changes in management and updating the facility. It is very helpful to have a local laboratory and the clinic has specialists come monthly so patients do not have to drive far. There is a GI, Dermatologist, Cardiologist, and testing specialists for breathing and cardiac come also. I also appreciate that they hire local nurses and staff to run the office.

I was very upset with the doctor, a diagnosis of diabetes, no education on foods, was only handed a prescription but no information to test my blood glucose. Absolutely no support. I had to keep calling and it took me 2.5 mos to get the report on my mammogram, which had a suspicious spot & required a ultrasound follow-up. The office personnel lied to cover their tracks, saying they called me but my cell phone records showed no incoming calls on or around the date they indicated. This is a very poor place to entrust your life.

This place sucks !! Tell the doctor about pains and problems , they dont listen , just write scripts , and complain about your drug screen , you tell them the meds are not working , and you run out , or not taking them , and they continue to write the same scripts , never call you when they should , dont fax your records until you have called them multiple times and request it for another doctor , this place is a joke all the way around , the only good thing I can say about it is , Im not going there anymore ,

If I could rate it with negative stars, I would. It was the worst place. Dirty, not friendly, could not understand the female Spanish doctor. On my 3rd visit they told me I could request financial assistance, but I couldnt get help with what I had already paid, which was close to $500. I couldnt believe they didnt tell me that on my first visit! They are rude and not helpful at all. They messed up and scheduled me with the wrong doctor. I never did get any answers or results!

I am so happy to finally have a doctor who really cares about me and my health they have a wonderful staff on hand. Ive had bad experiences with doctors who didnt care and just want to give me medicine and push me out the door but my doctor is dr. Youssef and he is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr who has a concern for my health and well being.

Very long wait times, 45+ minutes. Nurses are typically nice but Dr.Pike is very unprofessional and would not listen to my concerns. Just gave me a brand new pill with no reviews because it was only approved in December of 2015..my last pill brand was recalled. Im done here
