I have been calling to reschedule an appointment for the last hour. I have called 4 different times and have been on hold for a 10 minute period each time. I have also left a message to be called back. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you rework this call routing system because it is truly, truly terrible. Call #5 in the same hour: on hold for 8 minutes with no answer. Continuing to hold. Ridiculous system.
