My husband has a sinus infection with very bad headaches. Because we have an HMO and need everything to be approved via the primary doctor, I had to make appointments for BOTH his ENT and Family Health Source (FHS). Scheduling with the ENT was no problem, but every time I tried to call FHS it went to voicemail. I finally left a message and they promised to call back in 24 hours. We left voicemails for 3 days straight before someone finally got back to us. At first, they wanted to schedule my husband a month out. I said this was unacceptable, and we had to go through several location options to get an appointment that was 2 weeks out. After seeing the ENT (a week before the FHS appointment), the ENT doctor ordered a CT scan for my husband, and then scheduled him for the following week. This had to go through the referral department at FHS. So, in hope to speed up the process, we called their referral department that Friday, voicemail... Monday, voicemail... Tuesday... voicemail. Tuesday again, someone finally answered. The lady who answered said it should not be an issue for my husbands primary doctor to sign off on the CT scan, and that he should get a call from the imagining center to schedule that appointment ASAP. On Wednesday, a different person from FHS called my husband and told him that he had to come into the office first before they could make this much needed referral. Needless to say my husband was irate. He asked why is it easier to see the specialist before his primary, why was he told a different story about the scan at first, and why does he have to needlessly suffer because FHS was dragging their feet? On top of everything, if we had not thought to make the initial appointment, he would be waiting yet another 2 weeks to a month to see his primary. Its ridiculous. Now we have to reschedule with the ENT until he sees the primary and wait for them to get down dragging their feet to order the CT. This is awful.

Do not recommend! Walked out before seeing Physician because they are so rude, disorganized, and totally unprofessional. Waited two months for an appointment. I had to wait 15-20 minutes before I could check in and then the receptionist did not know what a new patient packet was when I told her that I needed to fill one out. I am not sure if she was new or if English was her second language. Then waited an hour and a half and was told it could very well be another hour or two before the doctor could see me. Then when I asked if it was just today or is always this long of wait to see the doctor the appointment person snapped at me and was very rude. While I was waiting a guy came in and stated that he may have the flu and did not have an appointment. They told him to sit down and wait for the manager and they did not give him or ask him to wear a mask while in the waiting area. He sat out in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes and then was taken to the back after potentially exposing all other patients to the flu. I was not happy with the wait or that I may have been exposed to the flu. I also did not appreciate how rude and disorganized they are. I do not understand why they are taking walk ins when they have patients with an appointment waiting hours to see the doctor. I called my insurance provider and filed a complaint. I also requested a new Primary Care Physician. I will go to the Emergency Room before I ever step foot in this place again. I would rather go to the health department before I go back do this officer ever again! Avoid this place like the plague because if you are not already sick with the flu or anything else you may just leave with it after spending several hours at this office!

Sitting in the parking lot leaving this review because I have had the worst experiences and today was a final straw. I have been coming here for years due to the fact that this was one of the providers that accepted my insurance. These offices are always poorly run with the deltona location being the worst by far. I tried reaching by phone for over a week to finally be able to set an appointment, to receive a voicemail that it had been changed to another time. No reason given, no follow up to make sure that it was OK...NOTHING!!! I arrived at the changed time to then wait over an hour to see a PA.. The whole reason for my appointment was to get paperwork signed for my job for FMLA due to my diabetes that I have had for almost forty years and definitely in their records for the past six years. So, in short, they refused to sign the paper work because they were "uncomfortable" doing so because I did not have an extended history with one of their doctors. So, can someone explain to me how it would be possible to have that extended history when their doctors keep leaving the network, relocating to other offices, going on maternity leaves, ect...and that is just todays episode. Keep in mind, they definitely wanted their payment for services not rendered.. They have lost my files, forgotten to do referrals, lost lab results, treated me rudely, changed appointments without notification, never answer phones and a few times double billed my insurance..horrible, horrible set up that really should be investigated properly. I understand that they do cater to those of us with little to no money for medical care, but there really should be some degree of rules and regulations that must be adhered to..

I would never go back to this place again or recommend anyone to this office. My first appointment for my daughter they took a really long time, I sat in that office about 1:45 minutes before she was seen. Then I needed to be seen in an emergency so I called they first said to me well the doctor is leaving early. I said ok but this is in emergency my daughter in 14 and her foot is swollen and I need to know what is wrong. She said do you have Medicaid I said no she said ok you can bring her in I will let the doctor know. I was shock what the hell is the difference Medicaid or not. I dont drive so of course I took a taxi there when I get to the front window the girl ask me who told you to come in her I said what do you mean, I spoke to the nurse and she did oh 30 minutes into this they tell me my daughter cant see the pediatrician because even thought tour our patient the insurance needs to update your insurance card. I said I was her 2 weeks ago and you took my daughter with no problem why now this is an issue she handed me back. my insurance card and said the doctor cant see you. I myself have a back injury I wasnt able to carry my daughter, my daughter wasnt able to walk and they just refused me medical help for my 14. I would never go near this place, its a waste of space they dont help you at all why are these people still open.

This place is truly the worst!!! I didnt do my research before selecting a doctor for my insurance company... Not only are the staff rude and talk about patients in front of others it must be a requirement for poor interaction with patients. The assistants I feel bad for who prep you for the Doctor because they are so nice. I saw Vasquez because of a heart issue after going to centra care less than 24 hours before saying I needed to see a cardiologist immediately the doctor who couldnt find her stephscope for two minutes why wrapped around her neck first refused a referral for a heart doctor until I did all of her tests then changed her mind and said I could have a referral because the new ekg showed the same thing. The assistant said go to the front and let them know you are waiting on it. I told the front desk who then fot snippy with me because she didnt put that in there. The Dr. then decided in 30 secs I could no longer have a referral I had to wait a month for an appt and they gety blood work. I went to the ER instead and switching Doctors. Oh ny the way their equipment is so old but yet they can afford large touch screens to pimp drugs for the pharmaceutical companies while you sit in wait in the exam rooms
