Repeated request from my specialist and insurance( for pre-certification for procedure) for my medical file. They never sent it, yet they referred me to the specialist. The office personal would not return my calls either. If they wont communicate with other doctors and insurance, I should have known they would not return my calls ( I only left 2 messages. 1 on Monday, 1 on Thursday afternoon) The best doctor I seen there left couple years ago, maybe that was a sign for me to move on. I also heard the Gaffney office was horrible.

They do not answer the phones. I can never get an appointment, I have been a patient there for over two years. I have a good doctor but he left the practice so now I will be looking for a new practice.

Tried calling this place twice to make an appointment and the lady kept me on hold for 5 minutes and than hangs up on me. Like seriously they are RUDE!!!
