So I posted before very angrily about how my appointment was not filed through the automated system. However, even though i was agitated and having a panic attack after talking to the office manager I found out that the automated system us a separate entity that needs to be tweaked. They apologized for the mix up and when they drew my blood were very skilled and i felt nothing. It was fast painless and they were patient with my anger. Even though it doesnt specify it, never forget to bring the conformation number. In my case the system failed to write down my name which is why they couldnt find me. But the number fixed it up.

This was absolutely the most rudest. I was a walk in patient for a glocose test, and upon arrival I just asked kindly how long the wait was, the receptionist rudely respones back at me about an hour. I then asked another question and let her know I was there for a glocouse test. This way I could at least drink the drink that is required, while I wait the hour before they can even draw blood. This is when she completely ignored everything I said. And calls the next patient in, then sat back down acting as though I did not even exsist. I left immediately, and ended up going to the other Quest Diagnostics in Clermont.

Lenita was awesome! She was friendly and did a great job.I waited about 5 minutes as a walk in. I previously went to The Citrus Tower location, where do I begin. Employees seemed irritated with no bedside manners, office looked filthy. A smile and acknowledgement of patients as humans is always nice.

I like this facility and always had excellent customer service there. I had previously given it 5 stars. But the last 2 times Ive been there Ive seen the same tech. If she calls me again I will have to ask she skip me and have another person do the labs.

I got there at 10:30. I was seen within 10 mins and my appointment wasnt until 11:15. In and out before my appointment time. Quick and nice.

Walked in without an appointment 45 minutes before closing. The staff was so friendly and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!
