This week I Realized I had to stop thinking about my loss and sadness, At the prospect of having my elderly dog put to sleep, And do whats needed to be done to end his pain and suffering, Cooper was Blind, Hearing impaired, Lame in his rear legs as well as having a number of tumors on his body. I made an appointment at Atlantic Veterinary Clinic to have him put to sleep, They gave me a time to be there and a price that would be a final out the door price, I arrived on time and was told the price would be $ 80 more than what was quoted, I explained I had this all arranged in advance but to no avail. At no time did anyone make so much as eye contact with me, And it became very clear it was all about the money, They showed no compassion at all, And the young woman I spoke to was rude as well, I am 68 years old, This dog was everything to me, All I can say is if you expect to be treated well and perhaps a moment of compassion, Then you would do well to avoid a visit to the Atlantic Veterinary Clinic. My dog was sick and I took them here to get help but when I called telling them it was an emergency they said I can bring her, but when I brought her they didnt seem to care all he cared about was the money she was sick, and when we took her in she was sick and 5 min later went into seizure state and doctor craton said whats happening????? although I could see what was clearly happening to her he decided to have his Secretary show us the bill before treatment as she was dying!!!! he decided to put her on oxygen and by then I knew it was to late she died in their arms rather then mine after trying to attempt to bring her back 2 min later he told me she was gone I was devastated but my dogs lloss He could have saved her by giving her oxygen and giving her the proper treatment if it wasnt for money I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!! they suck except for the original owner who could possibly save your pet donot see vet David Craton!!!! he will kill your pet he is all about money !!!!!

I was taking both my dogs to Banfield, but they botched a surgery on Rascals eye! They didnt seem to care about the animals at all! After reading reviews we took Rascal to Atlantic Vet, this is the best Vet Ive ever taken my animals to!! Not only is Rascals eye 100% better but they found ways to save us money & they genuinely care about him & recognize us whenever we go in! I just took our other dog, Duke for his shots. They saved us money again by having the nurse administer the shots! Duke is scared of most things & everyone there treated him so well!!! They have a couch in the room to help relax the animals!! Such a thoughtful idea!!.Just to think of all we wasted going to Banfield before... We recommend this place to everyone!!!

"online reviews are considered to be against clinic protocols. " <--- this is actually posted on the clinics web site, I was like "what?" I *was* going to go there, precisely *because* of the reviews I found, now I think that any negative experience was hidden by threatening customers. So, basically if you express your opinion about this place, your are against their "protocols" (and they will disclose "full details of the case", you do wonder if those are just the clinical details, or if they are going to disclose also your personal info, address and the such)... I do not want a place who fears transparency, sorry... lost a (prospective) customer...

Before going here I checked out all the reviews and decide to go with them. The vet and all the technicians were very nice and showed complete concerned about the well-being of my cat. The vets diagnosis of pancreatitis was spot on once the bloodwork got back. They broke down all of the tests that need it to be done from the most important to the least. I googled the average cost of a veterinarian visit. Their prices were equivalent to the national average. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I personally am going to continue to use them for all of my animals.

Dr. Fell is fantastic. I love how welcoming the office is and how much they try to make your pet comfortable. Instead of throwing them up on a table and making them wait like a typical vet, theyll put you in a room and have your pet get out and explore first to try to calm them down a bit and I loved that. Theyre upfront with you about pricing and will really do what they can to work things out. You can tell they really care about animals!

I moved to the area and after reading the reviews on this place decided to try them out. They are indeed excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I never needed to see a doctor once. The nurses did all my pets yearly shots. Was a breeze. They try very hard to get you fair prices too. That is rare. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Fell is very caring for animals. We rescued two kittens that got real sick. Unfortunately one didnt make it but the other one did and is as strong as an ox. She is real gentle and definitely loves animals. This office is real affordable. I highly recommend them for everyone who loves pets. Shell take care of em.

Our little rat had two massive tumors on her chest. They got us in and performed a surgery the same day. She pulled through just fine. Everyone there was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Dr. Fell was great and the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Most caring and honest Vet ive met in a long time. Easiest answer is..she saved our dogs life when the richiee rich specialist said he was not going to make it...he was done.Dr Fells is caring and compassionate and she has the best Teck in town.they .allways find the time to help..THANKS!!

Five stars! I cannot rave enough about Dr. Fell. The office was immaculate and welcoming. Reasonably priced and very thorough. A trip to the vet can be traumatizing for my two pups and nerve wracking for me. Not this time! So very pleased.

I took my Cane Corso "Bane" there. The doctor knew exactly how to handle him. Their prices are so reasonable I couldnt believe it. I love and recommend this clinic to everyone!
