This review is not up to date, but I just had to review some info. Dr. Townsend (sp) ran this clinic for a very longtime and was beloved by many locals for his skill and caring. Everything from the scheduling to the staff were very good. When he retired, things went downhill. the replacement dvm was a cold and stuffy young professional woman who needed to take classes socializing with humans. Prices shot thru the roof and much of the staff were no longer there. We have not been back since Dr Cassidy took over, but we are willing to give them another try out of past loyalty. The location is very convenient with ample parking. I cannot comment on the wait or quality of care as we havent visited in very longtime. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Townsend for all he has done for the animals and people in the community. And Jodi, if you are out there reading this, BLESS YOU!

Everyone that works at this vet knows what compassion is, Dr Christine Cassidy whom I met for the 1st time today, is most impressive, she knows her job and after today, I know who my new vet is. I left my previous vet after giving up on trying to save my Chihuahua of 13 years, they said we were just going to make her comfortable after the last idea didnt work. So I finally reached that place where I thought it was time to say goodbye. This is where it gets good! I went in with tears in my eyes and she was like a ray of sunshine with another fresh view that we could try. It may or may not work but you never give up where there is hope. Whatever the outcome, I will stay with this vet. Tonight, my little chihuahua is better than she has been in over 6 months. Just give them a call or stop by and meet them. You will know that they are different from the rest.

I brought my dogs in for their shots, my female had pups 5 months prior and I brought them in too for shots. They did not do a pregnancy test on my female mother as they should have since I have an active male and my female may have been pregnant. Do to them being incompetent they gave my female dog the shots without doing a pregnancy test first. which killed her unborn pups. DO NOT USE THEM they should have know what to do , I am heartbroken that they killed my dogs pups who where just 3 weeks from being born. This was the worst experience of my life, I am going to take them to court and have their licenses revoked Mark Leitner

We love Dr. Cassidy, Cheryl and Tiffany. They are all heartfelt, intelligent and supportive. Throughout many years they cared for our Ruckus (ret. K9). With thier help he stayed with us for a long healthy 17years and when it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Cassidy came to our house with Tiff on their day off to give us comfort and allowed us to have him pass at our home with his family in peace. No words can describe our gratitude to them for the many years of good care. Highly recommended!!!! Trust me there is no better, they understand your pets are your kids!!!

My husband and I and our 4 dogs moved to tavares a few months ago, and after trying a couple vets in the area we found Eustis vet hospital. Dr. Cassidy has seen 3 out of the 4 dogs, and is very caring and loving when interacting with all of them. Our pug Tank seems to really love it there. I have to say that the vet techs are wonderful as well. Lastly, the ladies at the front desk are sooooo nice. Whenever I call they are always sweet and helpful. I like bringing the dogs there because all the staff make us feel so welcome! Keep up the great work!

I have a 10yr old dog (ive had him since he was 6weeks old) He does not do well in vet offices or around umfamilar people. I came to Eustis Veterinary Hospital for blood work, grooming and exam.. He did SO much better than he ever has. The staff is just THAT good. From the office, to the tech & Doctor. They were patient with me and my 100 questions & my dog. They need 10 **stars** instead of 5. Thank you so much! Andrea was the tech and Wendy Buster was the Doctor!

You will never find a more compassionate Vet OR person than Christine Cassidy. She takes animals in, finds homes for pets, rescues otters that are injured, near dying from the side of the road and rehabilitates them to life. SHe is a very, very smart doc and I am proud to have her take care of my dog. I would reccommend her to everyone who can drive or bike, with their pet...to her clinic!

I am so happy with my experience at Eustis Veterinary Hospital. I didnt have an appointment, but my kitten was having some neurological problems that I thought needed urgent attention. They worked me right into the schedule and the doctor and tech spent a lot of time with me and my pet. We will be coming back for any of our needs in the future! Thanks again!

Can not recommend this place enough! Our Papillon (love of my life) was treated like family and you can tell the entire staff enjoys their job. Very comfortable sitting area and super quick treatment for the emergency we had. I know where we will be going from now on.

Dr. Townsend is the best! He takes care of my 2 personal dogs and our 2 dogs at work. He is kind, gentle and his office staff is the same way. We moved from Kissimmee to Eustis and our vet in Kissimmee said he was the only one he would recommend.
