This past Friday, my dog was very, very sick and her vet couldnt get her in. My parents gave me Crossroads information and said they came highly recommended, and I can see why. They had me bring my dog in right away and were wonderful with her, my Mom and me. They took their time and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. On Monday, they called me to see how she was feeling. Today, I came home to find a hand-written card in the mail from Dr. Cooper, telling me how happy she was to know my dog was feeling better and let me know to call her if I had any other questions. She and the rest of the staff at Crossroads signed the card. They went so far out of their way and showed that theyre not just a vets office, but a group of people who truly care about animals and the family pet. I live in Lakewood and will happily make the 40-minute drive from now on to take both of my dogs there. You dont hear about care and customer service like this anymore. Wonderful, wonderful experience.
