This morning I thanked Tim Busch, PA, in person for his thorough, competent professional care. In May of 2015 I needed to find a dermatologist to look at a growth under my left lower eye lid. Tim looked at it, biopsied it, and when it turned out to be basal cell carcinoma sent me to Dr. Davis in Albuquerque for surgery. Dr. Davis was able to save the tear duct and with a graft preserve the functionality of the eye lid. He said that if I had waited much longer the results could have been much different functionally and cosmetically. Today I had another check of the eye lid, plus a full body exam, with Tim Busch and now dont need to go back for a year unless there is something I want him to look at. I know that when I do see Tim he will do a thorough check, diagnose any problem, and help me plan appropriate treatment. I am so glad he is part of this practice.

My husband had been previously diagnosed with melanoma and one would therefore think that Dr. Good would have been very vigilant. She examined him and said he was fine, no problems at all. He then went,2 days later, to a derm that I had insisted he see and he right away biopsied something on his face. It was a squamous cell carcinoma and he is having mohs surgery this week. He called Dr. Good who asked to see the path report and said "oh, it was likely nothing"....after she received the report stating it was a rather advanced squamous cell she NEVER, NEVER even responded to him. She could not even acknowledge her missing a rather obvious area on his face. Shame on you,Dr. Good. At the least you could have apologized.

I had an absolutely awful experience. The biopsy done on a mole was done very unprofessionally. It was much more painful than it should have been and it did not heal properly. On top of scarring me they did not communicate that one of the labs they use was out of network and I chose them based on the fact that they were in my Insurance network so now Im having to deal with all these extra bills... all to be left with an infection and a scar. Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist even if you have to go to Albuquerque.

Ive called them numerous times to try and get an appointment. I have a referral from my doctor. No one ever answers the phone. When I leave a voicemail, no one ever calls me back. I dont know if they are any good or not. I would assume that they dont care about my business if they dont even have the courtesy to return a phone call. Ill be looking for another referral from my doctor. I probably will have to drive to Los Alamos from Santa Fe but I guess thats better than being irritated with this outfit.

Be aware of your insurance company or Medicare charges. Dermatologists will tell you that procedure is cosmetic which Medicare doesnt cover, so I paid before going in for the procedure. I then noticed on my Medicate statement that High Road had submitted the claim to Medicare which paid the majority of both office visit and procedure, and Medicare required me to pay the balance. In effect, I got billed twice. No help at all from their office in resolving this issue. Terrible place.

Unfortunately i had a bad experience with Dr Timothy Busch PA and his assistant! His assistant was rude but she told the Dr. i was rude to her! So instead of the patient being right ...he told me to leave since he chose to believe the assistant not the patient. Who tells a patient to leave under those circumstances. i would never go back to him or that office It is too bad that the Doctor wasnt there. I hear she is a very well respected Dermatologist.

Several reviews here doesnt describe the experience Ive had with Tim. I first started seeing Tim when he worked with Dr Wright. After Wright left town, I accidentally found him again working for High Road Derm. Highly satisfied with his work ethics and grateful for his help dealing with the aftermath of living in the Southwest sun for 74 years.

HIGHLY REC0MMEND. Dr. Good is extremely knowledgeable and she correctly diagnosed a problem 4 doctors and health professionals were unable to do. Worth waiting for an appointment.
