I arrived for my first visit 1/2 hour early and filled out all the documentation required. Waited 1.5 hours to see the doctor and was unable to see the doctor because by then it would have taken another hour to finish the appointment. Due to job commitments, I was unable to stay....no one apologized for the delay. I showed up today for my second appointment ONLY to be told they forgot additional forms which were not given to me the first appointment AND while I waited 1.5 hours during my first visit. So the form given to me today, it was explained THEN that this was a consultation visit which meant that I could have to come back for 3rd visit. When I made the appointment, when I waited 1.5 hours, when I made the second appointment, when there was an automated call, and when I confirmed the second appointment, NO ONE told me that this was a CONSULTATION visit. NO ONE apologized and the receptionist only stated..."I remember you waiting all that time your first visit". No apology, no customer service, and no customer retention!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! What a poor experience!!! I will not recommend this office to anyone and will let my primary doctor know was well. What a waste of my time because I had to miss work for the visits. Im saddened they treat their customers this way.

One star because no stars is not an option. My son was under treatment at Brune Dermatology and the physician assistant treating him left. They did not bring in a qualified replacement (the replacement is in training) so when I called 2.5 weeks ahead to schedule his follow-up appointment, I was told he cant be seen until JANUARY so in essence his treatment stops. His acne is scarring his face and he cant wait until January. SO disappointing that they cannot support the patient base - now I have to start all over.

Love my dermatologist. Cured my acne without Accutane. Staff is always friendly and works with you to find the right appointment for you. Doctor spends lots of time with you. You see a real doctor and not a nurse practitioner or PA. Reasonable prices, too!
