I was a first time customer to Pearle Vision and had a great experience! The staff was so helpful - especially Melissa who went through the entire store pulling frames for me to make sure I loved my frame. I initially called to see if they had a specific frame in stock and when they didnt they ordered it in multiple sizes for me to try on and called me when they were in. When I went in to try them on Melissa even pulled in another associate to give an opinion. They were quick and fully transparent on pricing. The doctor was also informative and knowledgeable. I even shopped around after going to Pearle Vision in case there was better pricing at a competitor store, but Pearle Vision was the best and was the most upfront. They let me use my insurance and take advantage of the special they had going on. Definitely recommend them!

Very negative experience. The sales clerk (a man--I say this since he treated me in a sexist manner as soon as I walked into the shop) dismissed my need to have progressive lenses with the comment: "That is vanity." No buddy. I am very badly near sighted and the jump from my distance correction to my near, presbyopia, correction is extreme, causing bi-focals to literally make me ill. To those reading this review, go to Warby Parker for your glasses! Their cause to offer contemporary, good eyewear at a reasonable price, plus the fact they donate a pair of glasses for every one they sell, makes them the better, ethical choice for your dollars. (I do not work for Warby Parker nor have any connection to them, other than an agreement that the standard chain optical stores are rip offs.)

I was extremely satisfied with my eye doctor appointment at Pearle Vision today. I had never been to a Pearle Vision before, but I am glad that I made the choice to try it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor took the time to review my eye photographs and vision exam results with me, and the woman who helped me select my frames took the time to review my insurance coverage and answer my questions about my coverage. The staff there were also very helpful when I was filling out all of my pre-appointment paperwork. I felt like they really cared about me and my optical well-being. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new eye doctor in the Twin Cities area. Looking forward to returning tomorrow to pick up my new glasses :)

I purchased two pairs of glasses here. They were overpriced. The staff was incompetent and manipulative. The manager treated me like a child. They re-made the glasses 3 times and were unable to make them correctly and when I tried to complain, the manager failed to take responsibility for their errors and even tried to blame me for everything. I was able to get my money back only after experiencing substantial inconvenience. Sorry to say, but this is what you may expect from this and other Luxottica franchise stores like Pearle, Target, JCP Lenscrafters and EyeMed. If you believe all the fake reviews you see here, go for it - but you may be sorry you didn’t shop elsewhere.

I have been going to Pearle Vision in Minnetonka for many years now. They are up to date in technology and knowledge. They have always been friendly and help in the best way. A few years ago Dr Perszyk noticed some abnormalities in my eyes and said I should contact my medical doctor as I might have diabetes. Sure enough he was right. The prices may seem a little high compared to the cut-rate stores, but by the time they add all the extras - the prices arent much different. Pearle seems to always have some sort of good deals going on and this last time I got 30% off for AARP.Pearle glasses have out performed the cheaper stores in my experience.

The person who helped me pick out frames seemed smart, so very knowledgeable about her job and glasses and options and frames, was VERY nice, very patient, always friendly, patiently explained all the details about all the options, was totally focused on me, and offered suggestions based on what she perceived my best choice would be based on what i said about this or that frame. An excellent communicator and would actually converse with me! Id so totally recommend this place, if EVERYONE there was like that, but, I cant vouch for that. Just the one. She is the assistant general manager at that store.

I have been a customer at Pearle Vision for over 10 years. I bought my first pair of glasses from them, my most recent pair, and everything in between. For someone that doesnt have any sort of vision insurance Pearle Vision is reasonably priced. Their optometrists are friendly and personable as is their staff. While the sales team is there to make a sale and are not afraid to do so, I have always been satisfied with the products I have purchased. I really like that they are willing to make adjustments for you on spot should you need them done. Great customer service.

I hate shopping for glasses! I cant tell what looks good on me and what I will still like months down the line. After checking out the competition, I went to Pearle and had a very satisfying and successful experience. The owner, made some really good suggestions based on my face shape and coloring and then let me ponder over my choices for as long as I needed without pressuring. When I thought I had decided, she let me know that I would be able to change them to the other pair within 30 days if I changed my mind! I would highly recommend buying eyeglasses here.

Recently went to Pearle Vision for both sunglasses and regular glasses. Alane did a great job helping me pick out frames! After a while I realized something was not quite right with my vision. Pearle checked my glasses against my prescription and recommended I go back to my eye doctor for a re-check. My eye doctor figured out my eyes had changed during a several week period and wrote a new prescription. Pearle is re-doing my lenses for just 1/3 the original lens price.

We had end of the year medical expenses to use up and they were able to get us in on short notice. They were very busy but gave us undivided attention, as they did with all those I notice in the store. My husband ordered his first pair of glasses and I was fitted with contacts to correct Lasiks nearsightedness. Everyone from the receptionist, doctor and manager were helpful and friendly. I wont hesitate to return.

We were welcomed as we walked in the door & the wonderful Darla, who helped us a few years ago, helped us again. There was a wide selection of frames to choose from and with Darlas assistance, we soon made our selections. She even ran different scenarios to determine the very best deal for us. Customer service and the products here are A #1. We highly recommend this Pearle Vision location!

This was the first time I had been to the Pearl Vision in the Ridgedale Mall and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with nothing but excellent customer service. I really felt like they cared about finding the right frames for me and, more than that, they were very willing to order frames to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
