I had an appointment for an eye exam at 3:30. I had to wait for 20-30 min between each step of the appointment (screening, doctor, contact lens fitting, "quick check of lenses"). At 5:00, I was still not done with my appointment and had to leave for work. I set up an appointment the next day at 3:30 again to get the "quick check of lenses" done. When I showed up, I checked in and they had me sit to wait. After 30 min, I checked in with the desk and they said they didnt have an appointment scheduled for me and I was going to have to wait (even though the lady that rescheduled me was standing right there). I didnt see the doctor until 4:20 and when I did see him, he spent all of 30 seconds checking my lenses. So altogether, this appointment took me 2 hours and 45 minutes. I still have to go back in a week to get the lenses checked again before they will finalize the lens prescription. I feel like they are more concerned with the numbers they see than patient satisfaction. If you cant get patients in and out in a reasonable amount of time, then you should space the appointments out a bit and not accept so many walk-ins. In the past, I saw Dr. Linn and he was great...but I dont think he is there anymore. Obviously they are struggling now!

I have been seeing Dr Olsen for several years. Testing is thorough and Dr Olsen is patient and willing to explain tests, changes and recommendations. I have recently decided to try contacts but have an unusual Rx with a variety of issues to resolve. He sat with me explaining all the options and answered questions with pros and cons to help me make a decision to move forward.

I was not excited to find out they only wrote my prescription for 1 year. I have no eye issues that need to be monitored. I went to get prescription sun glasses only to find my RX had expired by 5 days. When Pearl called Dr. Watsons office they refused to extend my prescription and gave no reason. Really? Five days, Cmon man, disappointed and would never go back.
