I took my 5 kids, ranging in ages from 11 months to 10 years, to Kennedy Vision for exams today and was very impressed with all of the staff, and Dr. Traverse in particular. He was fantastic with all my kids, moving quickly and entertaining them as he went. He explained things so that I could easily understand and answered all of my (and my kids) questions. While I was back in the exam room with one child, the staff turned on a movie for my other kids in the waiting area, which is also stocked with childrens books and a little table and chairs. And though having a great "treasure chest" for after-appointment exams isnt a make-or-break deal, they had awesome prizes to choose from. The facility is easy to find and clean and modern--the kind of place you are okay with your baby crawling on the floor. From the first time I called the office through our visit today, I was very impressed with everyone at the office. The selection of childrens frames was great, and the technicians were very friendly and helpful. Because of the great experience I had with my kids appointments, my husband and I will definitely be going to Kennedy for our eye exams.

Soon as you miss one appointment, service becomes very unfriendly, you get treated like a deadbeat. I missed one appointment because my boss delayed me after a training class that I was organizing that day, and the traffic. They told me no worries, we can reschedule you. I got the text and I confirmed, but my bad assumption thinking it would create a calendar event for me. I missed the rescheduled appointment. At the next appointment I asked if they would waive the $50 fee since it was the first time I had these problems. Thats when things went downhill. I find the staff also lacks cultural diversity, as I am a minority and have an accent. I feel they could have been more pleasant. They said they lose money if someone does not show up in the on demand times. I offered to have my next appointment in one of the less on demand times. No dice. I am not going back.

My husband and I had an eye appoints on Dec 31st, that were were booked on Dec 27th. Early Morning on the Dec 31st, I had to take my dog to the emergency vet. He later died that day. Kennedy eye clinic charged my husband $50 for me not showing up, even though i also left a message. I rescheduled for Jan 7th, I requested a credit based on reason for not being there. At the Plymouth office the office manger told me I would not be given a credit because they were "busy and dying dog is not an excuse". Im sure I will get a second $50 bill for walking away from my appointment today. My dog was also a working dog and therapy dog who spent many hours at hospitals and nursing homes making people smile. it is disappointing there was zero compassion and understanding - you have lost 3 adult patients.

Our visit was a one year pediatric exam. It was our first visit to Kennedy Vision Health Center. From booking the appointment to the lobby area to the assistant and the doctor -- the experience exemplified great customer service, client care, and professionalism. Everyone was friendly and the procedures were clearly explained. Our anxieties were put to rest when we watched how great the doctor was with our toddler. No fighting, screaming, or kicking. A clean environment (hand sanitizer everywhere!), smart toys during the exam, gentle voices, and smooth movements - no surprises. Kudos on running a great local business!

Ive been working with Kennedy for many years and have always had great experiences. I went there this past Satuday buy two new pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses and was helped by Kallie. I have rarely been helped by someone who was more accomodating than her. She treated me like I was the only customer that Kennedy has; a rare commodity in todays world! She actaully seemed to care and acted as if it made a difference to her that I bought something and that she was helpful. I really appreciated all she did for me. I will alway buy my glasses from Kennedy! Way to go Kallie.

10 years of fantastic service. Ill never go anywhere else. This is my 41st year wearing eye glasses, and Kennedy Vision has been better in every area than any other doctor I went to before them. The staff is great. The eye exam is thorough, and theyll explain it till you run out of questions. They actually take a photo inside your eye to compare from year to year. The folks in the glass-shop are pros. They saved an important weekend once by taking apart some display glasses for parts to fix mine. My wife and kids go there too. Cant say enough.

Weve been patients for a few years. Every single time we have an appointment, we end up having to wait for 30+ minutes to get in to see the doctor. No big deal, I get it. Then we were running late for one appointment, called to say wed be SEVEN MINUTES late and they told us wed need to reschedule. Really, seven minutes, and wed still have to wait at least 30 once we got there? We were very unhappy with that customer service so have decided to go elsewhere.

Ive been to Kennedy a couple of times now. They are great at what they do which is very important for your eyes, right? The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. This was first experience choosing eye ware, they were very helpful and encouraging. They have state of the art equipment to give you the assurance your eye health is in good hands.

Ive had bad experiences with vision centers trying to gouge me for money, even when Im unemployed, so I decided to try Kennedy since my mom recommended them. I was/am very pleased with my experience. The staff is very friendly, incredibly helpful, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this place!

This is a great place to go for eye care. Dr. Kennedy and the rest of the staff do a very thorough job of examining my eyes. They also offer the option to buy new prescription glasses and provide free eyeglass adjustments, which is very convenient. Everyone there is so nice. I definitely recommend going there.

This is the only eye place I have ever gone to where I didnt feel ripped off. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. They stand behind their glasses even when my ummmm dog eats them. HIGHLY recommend them - you will not be disappointed.

I would give the vision opticians and physician a 1 star and the glasses store a 5 star. The technicians were rude and made me feel rushed. Overall not impressed and wont be returning. Great place to get glasses. They sales folks were really helpful!

I have always had a great experience here. I thought the staff was really efficient and friendly! They always have my contacts in stock too, which is super convenient, and my glasses only took a few days to get in after they were ordered!
