I was treated very badly at this Eden Prairie Lens Crafters and will not be going back. I needed contacts and wanted a switch from my previous brand. They gave me only one pair of lenses to try and I had to go back several times because the lenses didn’t work for my eyes. When I went back in, the person at the desk was extremely rude. I was treated like an annoyance and she didn’t want to answer my questions even though it wasn’t busy in the store! She kept trying to end the conversation even though I still had questions about the different contacts. They should have been more helpful and told me about the different contact options on my first visit. This is not a good place to get contacts.

FYI - I work for an insurance company and its your responsibility to find out from your insurance company what is covered for you. It is not the providers responsibility to know. YOU need to know what YOUR coverage is. Call the number on the back of your card before you go. That being said, i really dislike this store myself. only because the "sign in" signs all over. i was just looking to see if they carried a specific frame i had liked elsewhere for less. they didn"t and i had to hurry out of there so i wouldn"t have to "sign in." lol
