Found this Doc through Aetna docfind and went since he had availability and was close by. Heres a quick synopsis: 1. Office was very clean, well-lit and the staff was very friendly. 2. Less than a 10 minute wait. 3. A girl took me into the exam room. Heres where the problems started. She did not introduce herself and started asking about my medical history. I dont know if she was a NP/PA or assistant. 4. Neil Brody entered the room, said hi. He didnt introduce himself, or ask my name, or offer a handshake. Not the best beside manner. He asked me about my symptoms, and I dont he did a good job of listening because at first he thought that the diagnosis was something completely remote. I had stated something very specific, actually 2 VERY specific things in my history to him. He asked his "helper" to take a photo, and when it didnt come out right he finally looked closely at the problem. Then he stated "Upon second look, it could by XXX". I had given him clues via a proper history. Im a surgeon, but did not identify myself to Neil Brody. His "bedside" manner needs a lot of work, as does his history taking skills. I wont be going back to him.

Lonni Prince

Brody is one of the best dermatologists out here, but dont go if you want your hand held; he has ZERO bedside manner and all of his clients know it. He could seemingly care less about you, but it is probably just his personality type.

All he cares about is money rather than curing you. He will do anything to convince you to buy his in-office products. This man is a schemer not a doctor. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Dont waste your time. Nice staff, poor bedside manner, just want your money. Give them a few years to retrain and come up with more efficient workflows. Go to NYU nearby.
