In 2015 I purchased a full set of dentures for my mother. The day after she received them the teeth began coming out of the dentures. After returning several times to the office requesting that the dentures be fixed my mother was made a another set of dentures. The new set of dentures the teeth fall out too. Just this morning a tooth fell out of her lower denture she choked on the tooth and almost swallowed it. Two year later their poor lab work is still a issue!!

This is the best denture experience I have ever had. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes after arriving at the center. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. The waiting area is very comfortable, and they always have nice fresh coffee. My new dentures required some adjustments after a week or so; I was always able to get in and out quickly. I would higly recommend this place to my friends.

First, I had to wait 30 mintues after my appointment even though I was there 15 minutes early. Not a serious problem BUT... it is called Springfield DENTURE center... I went in for DENTURES.... after they looked at my teeth they offered to do expensive dental work, and REFUSED to do dentures "because my bones" were good. BUT MY TEETH WERENT. I feel that this is purely switch and bait so BEWARE. SHAME on them.

It was wonderful. They make you feel like you are there family and want the best for you. They dont try and get you to pay for things you dont need and work with you with on the things you do need. I felt that were Very honest. I got a set partial with and they did everything to make them not hurt. And they look real. Thanks Nikodem.

The original experience was great, but my "premium" dentures were worn flat after three years. At the time the dentist said they would last me ten years. I dont wear them to bed either. Now I cant afford a new pair, but when I get the money saved up I wont be going back.

I had went without lower teeth for 13 years and getting them made and put in was so wonderful... I got a whole new set of Dentures and the experience was wonderful. Dr. Cooke and Noel were absolutely wonderful and had great senses of humor. Thank you all so much!!!

Terrible fitting dentures, they dont look at all like real teeth, and they are very poorly made. The partials on the bottom are literally falling apart. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this company find somewhere else to spend their money.

My denture was so fake looking, it felt like a big bulky, it didnt look or feel right, and made me look bad...do not go there...
