My first visit was great. The people really seemed to care and the clinic is very nice and clean. However, when I went in for a build up before a crown, Dr. Melson hit my nerve. He didnt care and just put more anesthetic near the root of my tooth. He never spoke to me and proceeded to build my tooth directly on top of my nerve where I would bite down for the rest of my life. I experienced pain for a week before calling. I go in for an adjustment and leave with a prescription for penicillin. Dr. Nelson never once came out and spoke to me. He was on the other side of a wall and I heard him tell the assistant, "shes supposed to get a crown so Im not going to mess with it." The assistant said that since it wasnt that bad when I came in (thank you ibuprofen), that I just needed to give it some time and take the antibiotic. I had already waited one week and now Ive been waiting another. Two weeks after my build up, I am facing great sensitivity and my whole jaw hurts now too. I went in there in the beginning to get a decaying wisdom tooth pulled. Now I have wasted money, wasted time, anger, and still a freaking tooth to get fixed.

Right now, Im laying here a week after 3 fillings and one of my teeth is in more pain than before. I say that because 1, that tooth never even hurt to begin with and 2, the dentist practically shaved a crater into the tooth! I have to use my pain medication from a different injury to make the pain stop and it is ridiculous! Yes this dentist did a wonderful job on redoing a messed up crown, as for doing my fillings Im very upset and in very severe pain.

Expensive! My son chipped a front tooth, and it cost us over $600 and the tooth wasnt even capped. They said he was too young at 12 for a cap. They used some type of filler and then after told us he couldnt use his front teeth to bite apples and carrots and such anymore! I will never go back.

Friendly staff, clean facility. I came in for an emergency repair after I broke a tooth in the gym and they had me in and out so fast it had to be some kind of record. Quick, painless, and they really know what theyre doing.

Very Friendly staff. Thurough and helpful.Great experience each time. They have a great discount program thats helpful if you dont have dental insurance , too.

Not very pleasant experience at all-extra painful,on a rough side,thanks God we changed dentist and its so much less painful now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
