The way Dr Skorupka judged my wife was disgusting. She was extremely ill and had been to the ER where they first thought she had meningitis. Pain and rashes-this piece of work says no pain meds. My wife was not looking for pain meds and she couldnt seem to comprehend this. Her first comment was asking my wife what drugs she was on because her eyes were red. No hello? Couldnt muster that up because you were too busy being judgey? I am so turned off by the behavior we will both be looking for a new Dr as she my PCP as well. She was so stuck on this pain med business she couldnt even call in a nebulizer and meds for it. No she called in two nebulizers which resulted in a trip to urgent care and another 50 bucks spent because she could not breath. Turns out she has Neurological Lyme Disease. Shouldnt have taken a genius to figure it out. My dog could better diagnose a human over her. Sorry my wife has tattoos and you assumed she was a junkie. Stay away from this doctor. I put in a complaint to the site manager and I hope she pays for what she did by going in front of a medical review board.

So I see someone else on here suffered the same unprofessionalism and disrespect I did while suffering from Lyme disease. No doctor Skorupka- I wasnt asking for pain killers and I was highly offended when you asked what drugs I was on... Kim the so called site manager is the biggest joke on earth- my husband has called three times to make a complaint and she cant seem to return a phone call about the disrespect a patient received. Now that is not quality care. I had to go to Dana Farber to get a diagnosis when I couldnt walk or breath. Update: my husband spoke to Kim and she is taking this type of behaviour very seriously. I was to commend her for listening and acting. Post teansplant and multiple surgeries from GVHD are not joke and my medical condition cannot be teeated lightly. We will be switching PCP at Pentucket. Thank you Kim! Avoid Dr. Skorupka at all cost!!!

One of the worst experiences and service I got from my doctor and nurse. I went today because I was suffering from lyme disease and they were for disrespectful and unprofessional. This will be the last time I come here and will be going to Harvard Medical in Tewksbury where they are more professional and courteous. I highly recommend you stay away from this horrible institution and go to Harvard Medical in Tewksbury or Boston wherever is closer to you.

It was quick and great service the only thing I didnt like was that one of the receptionist kept complaining about patients which I think is very unprofessional especially infront of other patients. Keep ur complaints for ur time ...

Primary doctors office was closed (weekend) and I had a severe UTI. I didnt have to pay for an ER visit, just my usual doctor co-pay. I had a short wait, very clean facility, I was in out and on my way. very pleased.

Average waiting time is about 1 hour after the appointment time. Nurse and staffs are poor in performance and not honest nor professional.
