Ive been going to Union Square Family Health for 6 or 7 years and its always been great. Compared to other facilities I use, the costs are very low. For example, when I see a doctor at MGH, the facility charges are considerably higher than those at USFH. Another reviewer noted that they were billed for facility charges and physicians charges. This is pretty standard actually. In the rare case that your doctor has his or her own private practice, you may not see 2 bills...but you will probably end up paying the same. Anyhow, I see Dr. Demasi. She is great for addressing womens health issues and troubleshooting chronic conditions. The facility has great hours, open on some days til 7pm. Their flexibility is great for people who dont have the luxury of paid time off. When Im there, they see me within 15 minutes. Typically, Im in and out in less than an hour. For a busy person, thats a dream come true.

Excellent! Dr Subbarao here is the best doctor ever! Overall staff are very professional and friendly. Great for PCP.
