Front desk staff in the Haverhill office needs retraining on customer service-patient service. Called asking about self pay rates and the receptionist was extremely short and rude. Its barely morning ,9:30 a.m ,so I cant imagine how these people talk to their patients by the end of the hectic work day. if you do happen to call and you get the same treatment, make sure to get the name of whoever it was and file a complaint. Im not one to EVER do this and rate and write a review but when you have a loved one going through major health issues that needs a pcp immediately, my patience and kindness goes out the window when medical front desk receptionists are neither helpful or show the least bit of common courtesy or compassion. I work in a medical office myself as front desk by the way. poor poor patient service in the Haverhill office -bottom line

Horrible, when a patient has never missed an appt and a med change is needed and all the doctor does is talk then for 3 min anyway, can clearly be done on the phone and save me alot of money...useless doctor
