I was very impressed with my experience at Dr. Kristyn Pistone’s office. My first contact was with Donna and I was blown away by how professional, helpful and kind she was. The office is very organized, Donna gave me paper work ahead of time and made sure my insurance was accepted there. When I went to my first appointment I was all set up! You can’t beat that. The office is in a great location, easy to find. Now on to the appointment, my appointment ran right on time, Chelsea, the Doctors assistant was very knowledgeable and professional. She brought me to the room and had me all set up for Dr. Pistone. The office and rooms were very clean and equipped with new technology. Dr. Kristyn Pistone was very knowledgeable, confident, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment! I would highly recommend her. I went there because my feet were sore. Dr. Pistone knew right away what was going on and ended up making me custom orthotics. My brother, and two boys also went to see Dr. Pistone. My brother was very happy with his experience. My two boys, 9 and 10, went and the office was great with children as well! They both needed orthotics to correct their feet. Dr. Pistone and her assistant Chelsea were very patient and great with kids! She explained how children’s feet are still forming and by addressing this now their feet with develop the right way with the orthotics. Overall, my experience here was unbelievable. If you are looking for a podiatrist, Dr. Pistone is very professional and intelligent. I highly recommend her.

On orders from my primary care physician at the V.A., I went in, got an exam, they stabbed my callouses and corns with a scalpel, took X-Rays of my feet, made a surgical recommendation to my primary care at the Veterans Admin. Then, they refuse to release the X-rays to either my primary care physician (who ordered the appointment), the surgeon at the V.A. and they wont give them to me except on disc for a fee. So, it was off to the Veterans Admin in Bedford this morning for MORE X-Rays. I have no idea why I was referred to Dr. Pistone, given the results, the entire appointment was for nothing. The folks in the office are very nice, maybe theres a reason, a policy or some rule requiring them to hold X-Rays hostage, but there you have it. Medical care via government delivery. Dough for the doctors, uncertainty and unnecessary and further exposure to X-Rays for the patient.

Absolutely amazing! Loved every part of my visits. The service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! All of the staff including Dr. Pistone are very nice, friendly, and cheerful. When you enter the building, it is very modern. There is parking in the front and back which is spacious and the facility and rooms are very nice. I got ingrown toenail surgery and got an orthopedic treatment through casting and its amazing. It still has that new building smell! Overall, my experience was 5 stars. Not endorsed or sponsored by Pistone Foot Center, this is all from my experience and sweet relief. Highly recommended because of location and modern equipment located on site. It was very planned-out, appointments were on time and serviced swiftly and was amazing. I even got to see my X-Rays as they showed me exactly what was wrong.

Very well run office. New location in Bradford is spacious and has great parking. Office staff and Medical Assistant are very helpful, informative and kind. They are very good about trying to keep the patient flow going and good about informing you if there is a delay. Easy to make appointments. Check in and check out very convenient and easy. Dr. Pistone is very caring and professional. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and works hard to ensure your satisfaction with her services. I have gone to her for many years and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Doctor Pistone is a great doctor who provides compassionate care. I was not rushed, all questions were addressed, and she performed the procedure perfectly. The office staff was amazing and very professional. The new offices are clean, bright, and well supplied with the most modern equipment available. I am diabetic and have neuropathy. Doctor Pistone does a great job not only taking care of my feet but also taking time to explain things and answer questions. The staff is very friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend the foot center in Bradford.
