I took my daughters here to get an eye exam and glasses about a week before Christmas and we still dont have them. Ive gotten calls from two or three different people in the office with conflicting reasons why. I have had the same insurance 4 years and one person tells me that I have a completely different Vision Care insurance and then I get a call from another person at the office who says it wasnt a billing issue that it was something with the lab. The same day I get another call from someone else in their office saying it is a billing issue again. I know what insurance I have and what it covers. The girls in this office while they may be nice to you they are not organized and no one seems to understand billing.

Incredible staff with such big hearts! They truly care for their patients and will go that extra mile to help anyone out. Just a wonderful place all around! Jackie was the one who assisted me with ordering my contacts. The optometrist will also give you a few good laughs during your appointment.
