This place is on point! One of the best eye exams I have ever had. I went to Americas Best last year because my old OD works there now. The wait was long and the exams were nowhere on the level of what I experienced here. My appointment was at 9:45 and I arrived 7 minutes early to fill out paper work. Right on time, I was taken back and my exam began. The technician explained every test and made sure every piece of equipment was clean. By the time I was ready to be seen y the physician, the wait was less than 3 minutes after I was seated. She was kind,concerned and personable. Perhaps the reviews about front desk staff and other issues have been resolved because I experienced NONE of that today. I sent my hubby last week and he is a harsh critic. If the service was poor, he would have told me and I wouldnt have gone today. The price for their wellness exam for those without insurance is very reasonable and their eyeglass selection is up to date. Make your appointment today!

I have been taking my children to advantage for at least 6 years now. In the six years that they have been patients there the qwuality of service has decreased tremendously. The staff does not seem qualified and quite honestly they are always unorganized, and they are not at all knowledgeable about anything. Dr. Newsome is always awesome. She takes time with her patients, and always gets the prescription correct but her staff is terrible. My childrens glasses were ordered in september of 2015, and I never received a phone call telling me that they had come in. I did not get the glasses for my children until February 12th 2016. This morning I called to have my childrens prescriptions faxed to me so that I can take them elsewhere to purchase glasses, two phone calls and 3 hours later, Im still waiting on that fax. Simply awful. I will not be going back, and its a shame because Dr. Newsome is awesome with my children.

Awful. I never write reviews. I tried to order contacts from there after having an awful appointment. Everyone was always "at lunch", no matter what time I called. I left messages, no one ever called back. Finally, all I wanted was my prescription so I could go elsewhere. The lady told me "I dont email. I hate email." Their workers do not even email, and she told me I could call back when everybody else was "back from lunch". Awful, awful experience. I didnt even want to give it any stars. I called back after talking with the lady who does not email. I got someone who did not have permission to email prescriptions, but told me that she would pass along my message. 8 hours later, no email of my prescription.

This was the worst Optometrist experience in my life. After a botched contact lens prescription, I had difficulty seeing out of my right eye. IMO, this was a problem that should have been anticipated. On June 5th, I had an appt to fix the prescription. I called a few times to get the status of the contact lens order – in both cases, they made it clear to me to not call them, that they will call me when the lens is available. And they NEVER called me back. Finally, I called again on August 11th, they told me they had not even ordered the lens. This is pretty typical of my experience with this place.

I have been a customer since 2010 after beem at Sears and Walmart. Newsome and her staff have been excellent. I had a ulcer in my eye last year and it was taken care of swiftly. I have had several designer frames like Sean John,Guess and as of yesterday I received my Tom Ford frames. I have referred several of my coworkers to Advantage Vision and will continue to during so.

This business is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau and there is a reason. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are disorganized and provide low quality care. There was a billing error 8 MONTHS AGO that is still not resolved. Im so frustrated. I just hope I can keep other people from having to experience this.

Dr. Newsome CARES and so does her staff. Extremely FRIENDLY ladies. They want you to be happy with your purchase. My son looks forward to visiting the office they know him by name. Makes him feel at home. Delightfully pleasant. We are patients for as long as Dr. Newsome is in business. Please keep up the GREAT work!!!!

2 years in a row...it takes forever to be seen and its been 15 days since my last eye exam and I was never contacted to pick up my contacts. Again! How 3-5 business days turns into 2 weeks Ill never know! I wont go back to this doctor or center ever again.

Very pleasant experience!! The staff was polite and friendly, Dr. Newsome is so sweet and caring. I was seen right away and out the door, with new contacts in my hand within 40 minutes!! I will definitely be back!! :)

My children went for an eye exam in July, its now November and their glasses havent came back yet. I had this same problem last year, but this is my absolute last time going to this optometrist!!!!!
