Horrible experience with the vision department who continually remind you they are not part of pearl vision but yet are located in the same office and have NO problem taking your money. Pearl vision has lost my glasses twice!!!!!! Unbelievable, absolutely no staff on site to support working demographic on Saturdays! Go to Walmart do Not buy glasses at this location in Bluffton, glasses are expensive! Again go to Walmart for better service and prices even if you want designer eye ware!!!!!!!
