If I could give them more stars I would. I live right between this location and the one on colony, but due to the water damage in colony I had to visit the uptown location. I have just moved to Charlotte and a little nervous about going uptown because I have not been up there but maybe twice and have got extremely lost. Anyways, I made a emergency appt with them on a Friday whent he tempeture was 12 degrees, well I get into uptown and find parking close, I didnt know you could park in the bank building so I found other parking. Anyways long story short I somehow managed to walk 7 blocks away, when I finally realized this I called the office and Mike answered the phone, I told him I was lost somewhere uptown and I might be a little late although my appt was at 9 and I got there at 8:10(in parking garage). He tells me to stay put he is going to come find me. Well he does he stays calm and finds me, I know I should have not let him, but being this cold and lost I took him up on the offer, he not only walked through that cold to find me and bring me to the office he went next door to buy me hot chocolate. After getting in there, mind you 2 minutes late. They let me warm up a few minutes then take me back. I then meet the eye doctor, which was a woman, cant remember her name but she was very helpful got me everything I needed and was the only eye doctor I have ever had that listen to me. They went above and beyond the whole visit. Quoted my contacts a such a great price. Mike then printed me directions to get back. I could not express enough how each staff was very friendly and how embarrassed I was. Andrea

On January 7, 2013, I visited the uptown office for an eye exam. Prior to the eye exam, I expressed interest in a particular brand, and Eva Tillis Berisford, optical associate, regretfully informed me that the company was not licensed to carry the brand in question. At that point, I pouted and went back to see Dr. Price for my exam. Once the exam concluded, Eva showed me several frames that she had selected based on the brand in which I expressed interest. Eva provided excellent customer service and was patient throughout the entire selection process. Eva recommended a Marc by Marc Jacobs frame that I would never have picked for myself and... I fell in love with that frame! Eva was personable and genuine and turned a potentially negative situation into an enjoyable one!

Ive been seeing Dr. Wichnoski since the late 90s and I would never EVER go anywhere else. I have referred tons of friends and coworkers to his office and they are always extremely satisfied. He is a great guy and has always treated me like family. Im very proud that he has come so far and I wish for his continued success! My most recent experience was a last minute eye emergency and they fit me in as quickly as possible. As always, I was very happy with the visit!

My entire experience here was great. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Price is personable and professional. She actually sat and discussed my eyes and my sight with me, instead of just doing the vision tests, writing a prescription, and sending me on my way. The entire office seemed to be well-run. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist.

I have been going to Dr. Price Osborne for several years. She is a fantastic doctor. She takes her time to answer any questions and has an awesome bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Price Osborne for anyone with eye care issues and/or needs. The office location is perfect for uptown and it is easy to have your eye exam in an hour or less.

Spectrum Eye Care is wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The staff are helpful and pleasant and the doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough. This is the best eye care place in the uptown area for executives to get fast excellant eye care. All the staff are wonderful. After being greeted I was even offered a cool bottle of water while I waited for my appoitment. They use the newest equipment - (No more puff to the eyeball). I highly recomend this business.

Dr. Osborne is by far one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen. She is easy to talk to, she is knowledgeable, and she really cares about her patients (she did not rush through my appointment). But dont just take my word for it. Why not try this eye care center for yourself? You wont be disappointed.

Wonderful! Ive been seeing Dr. Price for 5 years, and Im always happy with their staff and their service. Dr. Price is efficient, but never rushing--thorough, but not excessive--shes a doctor with a great balance of qualities. The staff is wonderful. Ive always been very happy with them.

Dr. Price Osborne gives a thorough exam, and explains everything in a friendly manner. Jackie in the glasses area is great at suggesting the best frames for your face shape and personality, and is very patient with trying on several pairs and narrowing your choices. Pleased! Go see them :)

I was very happy with everyone I interacted with. The optician was clear and cocsise with her questions and procedures. The eye doctor Megan was charming and able to help me with my unique contact needs. The receptionist was pleasant and clearly explained my vision coverage.

Great staff and doctors! I test optometrists as part of my job (they have to pass the equivalent of the medical boards or the BAR exam to get a license). Dr. Osborne had some of the best technique and "bedside" manner I have seen in years. Highly recommend.
