Nice enough, but kept pushing to buy lenses and frames when I asked for my prescription to compare prices online, and failed to give necessary info. When I stopped by the next day and asked, the very nice but uninformed secretary told me pupillary distance was something the seller needed to tell me, when it is the measurement in mm between pupils. When I informed her of that, they did not have that info, nor did they offer to get it. Also, I switched insurance and informed them of the copay after my appointment, but they said I was on the old with them still. When I stopped by for the info, they handed me an envelope stating I owed the money for the copay. It was only $10, but the fact they treated me like I was wrong so often means I will never go back here unless it is an emergency. Save some trouble and go further out for a better experience.

Ive seen optometrists in 3 states over the last 20 years, both for my personal needs and in a professional capacity accompanying children in foster care and adults and children with developmental disabilities. Dr. Baker is hands down the most thorough provider Ive ever dealt with. He explains what he is doing and why at a level that the individual patient understands. I trust his judgment implicitly and would not allow anyone else to be responsible for my and my childrens vision care needs. We drive from several hours away (Columbus) just to see Dr. Baker. His office staff are always courteous and friendly. I cant recommend this office highly enough.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! I took my seven year old son and Dr Baker was so kind and patient with him. He even gave a quick check to my infant to make sure all was well. Glasses were ordered and arrived quickly. Thank you!
