Will never go back. After waiting over an hour to see the doctor he said that he wanted to get my documents from prior doctor and that hell see me in 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I go back and after waiting for over 2 hrs they tell me the documents never came because they never got into contact with the doctor. So to come back in another month after I get more blood work. Meanwhile while I was talking with the receptionist my room was given to another patient and at the end of the visit they wanted to charge me $50 while my copay is only 20 a visit. Then said Ill be charged 75 my next visit and I still havent seen the doctor yet. And they dont accept card only cash or check. Really sketchy. And the receptionist was rude upon wanting to reschedule my new appointment. Do not waste your time here.

I cannot even begin to describe the level of dissatisfaction that I have with this office. I have been hung up on several times and insulted by the receptionist Patty on numerous occasions. She has zero customer service skills and should never be allowed to speak with the general public. Speaking with her has made me never want to go to or refer anyone to Dr. Luthra. This level of professionalism is unacceptable.

Great Dr!! My wife and I have used Dr. Luthra over 15 years. He is Very Compassionate. His Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to family and friends!
