I took my son there on a Thursday with serious symptoms. They looked at him, weighed him, checked his temp, and as usual I was told to give him breathing treatments and benadryl and was told nothing is wrong. The next day he was admitted into the hospital and diagnosed with a form of pneumonia and dehydrated beyond belief (also something i explained to his primary car doctor when I went in) and he had to be hospitalized for 4 days. This was the straw that broke the camels back. They (the 3 Drs we have seen there, not just limited to Dr Heeb) do not listen to you, they shrug everything off and make you feel crazy for worrying. This wasnt the first time something like this has happened in the 6 years my daughter and son have gone here, but it is the first time it was life or death and had serious consequences. If you want a doctor who LISTENS and who genuinely CARES about the well being of your child, please for the love of God, go somewhere else.

My son was incredibly sick took him in and they couldnt get his insurance to go through which they waited to tell me when I drug my miserable baby there for nothing. Took him to er insurance pulled right up. Dr heeb refused to see him n it was their error even they turned away a sick child. I went to heeb cuz everyone said she really cares about the children nope just what she can get out of them. I go to Moscow now they will never turn down a sick child under any conditions and they are now the Dr of all three of my kids now.

There is always someone to talk to even on weekends. They call back quickly and are always willing to work with you and find the best options available. The office has a sick child walk in clinic starting at 7 am. Tried many other pediatricians. This is the best office in town.

We have been taking our 4 boys to Dr. Heeb since 2002 and have never had a bad experience, all of the staff are great and very helpful. We couldnt imagine taking them anywhere else. They are the BEST!!!!
