I have been a patient for over 25 years and had the worst service. Mark, your office has gone down hill. Sad that after 25 years I am considering changing doctors. Appointment scheduled for 10 am a wellness appointment so involves fasting. Have been waiting over an hour and still have not been called back. I was told would be charged if left appointment. How can you expect someone to fast until 11:30am. Unreasonable!

I love Dr. Francis! I have been seeing him for years to get Botox and fillers and he is the best! I know multiple people in the medical community that are very particular about who they choose to do these procedures that choose Dr. Francis to do these cosmetic enhancements because he does a great job and it looks very natural! He and his staff are professional and make you feel at ease! Would highly recommend!

My first visit to Dr. Fancis. Unlike one other review, I found him to be cordial, polite, attentive, and professional. His staff was great. My needs were addressed, the wait was short, I have nothing but praise for him taking the time and making the effort to tend the needs of another doctors patients. Great doctor.

Dr. Francis is a very GREAT doctor. He listens to all of my concerns and answers any questions I have. He never rushes me. He also has the best bedside manners I have ever seen:) His staff is very polite as well:)

Please fix the voice mail which says open Mon-Fri 9-5. That is not correct. Fridays office hours are 9-12
