I have to say Dr. Springer is tha best family doctor there is possibly Tha greatest of all time. She has been my family doctor for as long as I can remember, I had a severe addiction to xanax that went on for several years destroying my life. When I woke up in a mental institution was tha last straw for me. When they let me out I immediately consulted dr. Springer she put me on Tha path to success I have to take Gabapentin now probably for Tha rest of my life because of tha long term damage I have to to myself. But now I am a fully functional productive member of society a better father, role model ect. ect. I could go on for days on what she has done for my family in my lifetime Dr. Springer is simply tha best bottom line. I cant thank you enough Dr. Springer i hope you read this and know how truly grateful I am you played a major role in saving my life. I could feel tha concern when I had to tell her about my issue yea shes that kinda doctor that kind ya go to and never go to another place ever again.

I am giving them a one star just because I have to- I had an appointment with them on 1/24 - My husband and I were told we needed blood work done to rule out some serious conditions. I was told I needed medication as well. When we left the office I was told the prescription was sent over and to wait 30 minutes. I arrived at the pharmacy and nothing was sent, I figured no big deal ill come back tomorrow. I chased the office staff and Dr for 3 days and never got any medication sent. I have been calling for lab results and no answer. The last time someone answered I was told " something happened with the staff and they are going to be moved around" It is 2/6/2017 and the only thing I have received is a bill from my insurance for a copay of $35 which we were told in the office we didnt have to pay and a bill from Quest for the lab results I STILL havent received. Find a more reliable doctor.

Called and made an appointment. Showed up and was told they dont take my insurance. I was also told they would take my insurance at the new location so i was rescheduled. I called day of my appointment to verify everything was still good before driving 45min to see this dr. The "call center" said they never scheduled my appointment and the lady snapped at me because i apparently was wrong for wanting to talk to the secretary who initially scheduled me. Plus the previous location waiting room smelled like urine. I hope this isnt a recurring theme for them. I found a new dr.

Dr Springer seems to be a good caring doctor but when her office staff never returns your calls and you go without diabetes medicine because they dont seem to care I cant deal with them. Moving on. Also when they move but wont tell you where?????

We (myself and my husband) are new patients of Dr. Springer but many of our family members are her patients. Dr. Springer is very through and knowledgeable. Her staff is friendly and helpful. We will be patients forever.
