I have been a patient here for about 6 mths. The one thing that I like about the office is that the personel is friendly, and caring. the next thing that I like is that the Dr. is Honest & Fair!!! He is not a rogue doctor like some others! You may have to wait awhile, but he stays until the very last patient you are not turned away! I came into the office at 1-19-15 on MLK Day. He was open I was very sick. Well I came in around 3:15 pm, the office was full this day. There was no where to sit unless someone was called to go in the back. One of the patients told me that she once use to work for the doctor. And that when it got busy like that and when patients were referred to other doctors as a result of the office being short and usually has one doctor, the patients refuse and has refused and still remain loyal because of the doctors care for them. Doctor lock is one of the best doctors that I have come across thus far!! he really really cares about his patients! I highly recommend him, because if you need to come into the office and he just happened to be full, even if you wind up being last, count it a blessing because I was last on 1-19-2015 I arrived at the office at 3:15 pm w/o an appointment, I did not mind the wait because it took some strength to get there being that I had been in pain for quiet some time and unable to get to the doctor because of it. I left at 7pm but it was well worth it!

Dr. Lock was recommended to me, by a Board Certified Physician, and he proved to be a great physician. He actually does diagnostics, he never misdiagnosed me, so hes not a fraudster. Dr. Lock has high integrity, is honest, and uses medical diagnostics (rare nowadays). Coming from a medical diagnostics background this is highly important. Further every diagnosis he made, I could confirm in the MD Anderson Medical Diagnostics Clinics. He also recommended me to another Board Certified Physician, that also knew how to be a great gynecologist. His staff is quite nice, and gets things done. While everyone has quirks that make us eccentric, annoying, and at time different, this can be a fact of life. Another review pointed out staff quirks, pay not attention to that.

I have seen Dr. Lock for over 9 years and he is an awesome, knowledgeable doctor. A lot of people dont know what goes on behind the scenes when they visit his office, but need to realize that he also makes rounds for his hospitalized patients. For critically ill patients in the hospital, he is available 24/7, even when at home with his family. If you have to wait a while in his office, its not because he is slow or his staff is unprofessional, because they are VERY professional, it is because Dr. Lock is SO GOOD that people seek him out. Think about that the next time you have a little wait, because you are seeing one of the BEST of the BEST and just be thankful.

I have been Dr. Locks patient for 16 years and like him and his staff very much. I have never waited more than 30 minutes in the reception area and no more than 30 minutes in the exam room. He is not overly talkative because I think he is just a bit shy. Very kind, considerate and sincerely caring doctor. Once he gets to know you he will talk to you more. Every time I have gone to him for an illness or injury he fixes me right up the first time. He likes to check your blood to see if everything is working right and I didnt like that at first but have come to see the wisdom of it.

Dr. Lock is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his staff is not. I have been a patient of his for 12 years and his staff continues to treat me as if it is their first time interacting with me. They need to take the time to get to know their clients.In addition, it would not hurt them to smile when they call the patients to the examining rooms. The wait time is very long with an appointment. I have waited for over an hour at times.

Dr Lock is not a bad doctor, however he could care less about his patients. This is the 2nd time he has skipped out on vacation without bothering to take care of his patients first. I called in a refill prescription over 48 hours in advance (both times), and he didnt bother writing the prescription before he took off for a week. Like I said, not a bad doctor, but he could care less about his patients!

I made an appointment a week in advance and they couldnt find it in the schedule. I had to wait over two hours to see the doctor and he only saw me for all of five minutes. I felt rushed and the doctor seemed disinterested in my case. The office seemed highly disorganized. Make an appointment at your own risk. I will be switching to another primary.

If they tell you to just walk in. You will be waiting for about 3 hours. With a appointment the wait is about 1 hour 45 minutes. To many people are booked for the same time! They need to work overtime if they want book so many people!!!

Dr. Lock is honest, practical and straight forward. I have no serious health issues, (mostly colds, an injured joint, skin rash, check ups, etc) but his advice and treatments get me healthy again. I am happy to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Lock was nice but his staff is horrible. Didnt get to see him until 2 hours after my appointment time. Then I was rushed out of the office. Do not recommend him unless you have time to kill.

Dr. Lock is cordial and efficient. He is not "talkative", but communicates enough to have a relationship with. He is informative and pleasant.

Dr. is nice. A bit rush though. LONG LONG wait time even with appointments. Why appointment? Average 1 hour. Deduct one star!
