There is nothing wrong with the doc But the service is Pathetic I have been following for over 3 days for my x ray report. But have not received it Every time i call it goes to her assistant Ericas voice mail. She never bothers to call back. My case did worsen a little and when I called them all they asked me to do is to go to the ER even though it was not an emergency What a money making business. No service

Dr. Jakob is very professional. She listens to the patients concerns and makes good treament decisions. I had throat irritation and besides giving me a treatment, she recommended I go to a gastroenterologist. I found out that I had Barretts esophagus due to acid reflux and have had many tests and treatments since them. I was very lucky to have Dr. Jakob as a doctor.

Dr. Jakob charged over $1100 for a 15 minute evaluation to determine if my child needed a tonsillectomy. Obviously you do not find this out until the bill arrives and after calling to ask for a reduction, we were told there was nothing they could do.

Dr. Jakob was very friendly and straight forward with looking at my 2 yr old sons ears and determining he needed tubes as well as the removal of his adenoids. The surgery was quick and successful and she made us feel very comfortable.
