I recently left a previous dentist for a bunch of different reasons and had to find a new one. I saw good reviews online and gave Dr Drew a chance based off those. I am very happy I did. First off, they communicate very well and let you know about 10 different ways that you have an appointment, so if you are like me and forget to mark them down, dont worry! Also, when you have an appointment, you actually get started when you are supposed to, you dont wait around for 30 minutes wondering why the dentist has no respect for your time. I ended up needing 4 cavities taken care of and wasnt looking forward to the whole experience. Well I was wrong, it was almost enjoyable! They have some new tools that allow them to fill your cavities WITHOUT Novocain as long as they arent too bad. They did 4 fillings in less than 45 minutes! Not a single uncomfortable or painful moment, no big needles, and no trying to drink, only to have it spill all over you because you cant feel anything for 4 hours! Basically, just go there, everyone is super nice and relaxed and they do a great job while respecting the fact that you might have other things to do that day.

I am fairly new to the area and had not found a dentist yet. I had a cracked filling that needed to be repaired. I called Dr. Drews office and they were very accommodating, being able to schedule me the next morning. I had x-rays from a previous dentist I had visited, which they were able to use. Both the dental assistant and Dr. Drew were excellent. He explained my options that he could either refill the tooth or put a crown on it for better protection. (I grind my teeth). There was no pressure to spend the additional money, but I went for the crown as my teeth have gotten shorter, and I wanted the extra protection. They were able to do the work and place a temporary crown that day with a follow up to place the permanent crown in two weeks. The office staff was very warm and friendly on both visits. Everyone seems to enjoy their work there. The dentist and dental assistant were very professional and skillful. I will be using this dental office for all my future dental work.

Ive always been the "dentist jumper". Never really stuck with anybody. But this time around, Im not going anywhere else! The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest! They are always smiling and in a good mood, very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I can tell they care about me as a person and not just another patient. They remembered who I was! Dr. Julian Drew is such a wonderful man! Hes easy to talk with, he will tell you exactly what you need and when you need to get it done. Never pushy and never makes you feel like your concerns and questions arent important. They referred me to a great oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth and sat down with me to discuss my payment plan and my options. I know that their goal is to ensure that I take care of my mouth and am able to arrange my finances accordingly. I will and have already recommended so many people to this office! I definitely wont stop singing their praises :)

Speaking as a very long time local I appreciate those who are genuinely nice people and after two years of Dr. Drew’s staff taking on my family of four they are still just as nice as from day one. Turns out Dr. Drew is another long timer, if not native, and this business is simply run right in my opinion. They’ve made scheduling with kids a breeze, even some rescheduling for all of us. My poor hygienist is still nice after putting up with my mouth for so long. From check in, to seeing the hygienist, then meeting with the Dr., and then getting the final appointments before leaving this business has made going to the dentist painless and has earned my trust.

The office of doctor Julian S Drew gave me great dental service for 4 years. The only reason I am changing dentists is because I am moving. Their office staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful in dealing with my annoying insurance company. Their hygienists were professional and prompt with any work that needed to be done and were great at describing options and post treatment. When called upon Dr. Drew was also very professional and a great practitioner. He was accurate with anesthetics and great at describing procedures and options. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good small dentists office in North Raleigh.

Dr. Drew and his office staff are wonderful! Being very anxious about going to the dentist and knowing I would have to have some additional work completed, I was very happy and relieved with how my appointment went. The staff was very friendly from the phone conversation setting up my initial appointment through my appointment and follow-ups. Dr. Drew was very friendly and explained all the details of the work I had to have completed. All my questions were answered kindly -- I never felt stupid or like I was bothering anyone with my questions or by being nervous. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Drew to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Drew for many years. Ive needed a couple crowns for a while and always fearful of the processes and pain afterwards. Well, let me tell you...my experience has been awesome. Had one crown done a few weeks ago and the other two done yesterday. (teeth were had hairline cracks, so needed to be done). Both times was no pain during or after. No side affects at all. So to anyone who is fearful of the shots and processes....fear no more. Dr. Drew and his staff will breeze right thought it with no pain and the end results are beautiful teeth forever. Thank you Dr. Drew and all your staff.

You know, unfortunately, I am frequent consumer of a dental services. And it is important for me to have a doctor that I can trust and that can do high quality job. Since I moved to Raleigh, it was a challenge to find the right doctor for me. But it finally happened. I have been seeing Dr.Drew for almost two years now. Doing variety of jobs on my teeth and I am totally, completely satisfied with everything - starting with the staff and ending with my mouth. I am, and always have been terrified of the dentist. I delayed going for years until I broke a tooth and couldnt hold out any longer. I researched dentists in area and came across Dr Drew. I was terrified but scheduled a consultation to have a crown put on. I immediately felt at ease and was so thankful for Dr Drew and his amazing staff. Ive been going to Dr. Drew for a few years now, and the office staff, assistant staff and Dr Drew are all wonderful. Before finding Dr. Drew I tried several other dentists around town. I had multiple experiences with dentists telling me I needed work that based on second opinions didnt really need to be done. I was really frustrated with other dentists trying to make money selling unnecessary services, but Ive never had that experience with Dr. Drew. So glad to finally find a professional dentist! I always request Rhonda for the cleaning, shes my favorite!
