Pretty disappointed with the service on the retail side of this business. The Doctor and his staff were more than pleasant and very helpful, but when it came time to pick out my glasses, Nathan was hard to work with. My plan allotted various features for lens which he happened to leave out, and tried pushing upgrades to me telling me they were necessary for my glasses (which was completely untrue). Nathans attitude went from helpful to passive aggressive after I said I wasnt going to take the second pair or the thin lens. I felt like I was basically forced to get the most basic possible lens so I wouldnt have to pay an exorbitant amount walking out the door. And on top of it, he charged me for the copay TWICE. I am pretty upset and will NEVER come back here again.

My wife and I both got new eyeglasses there at the end of last year. The retail staff was AMAZING!!! I have since gone back for an adjustment on my frames, and I am in the process of purchasing a new pair of frames today because they are really a great establishment to do business with. On a side not - I read a review from someone on here that stated the one individual on the retail staff was less than pleasant to work with. Thats too bad, and as a consumer and also someone who works with the public, I know that we all have our moments.

Staff were great and helpful. The hours are what working/productive people need. Good prices. They pick-up the phone quickly. Walk-ins as well. My only complaint is that its corporate, which I despise. I didnt quite feel the high pressure sales that the other reviews are complaining about. I enjoyed my time.

Gotta say Im very happy with the people working at this location called Friday to make an appointment. They saw me the same day and just picked up my glasses today on Monday. Fast and the Dr and staff are very friendly and dont rush you or push to hard about up sales. Will definitely be back.

High pressure sells.... If youre not trying to spend at least a few hundred, dont expect good service.
