DONT judge a book by a cover is defiantly a true expression for this office. Please know that all the smiles, laughter, friendliness is just a cover up to the real contents of this office. PLEASE DONT FALL A VICTIM UP OF INSURANCE FRAUD!! KNOW YOUR RIGHT AND YOU INSURANCE!! 1, PAYING UP FRONT AND WAITING FOR YOUR INSURANCE TO REIMBURSE YOU: As this office is contracted with some insurance it is against their contract with the insurance to have you pay up front and be reimbursed later by the insurance. If they ask you to this then contact your insurance right away as this is considered insurance Fraud. 2. LAB FEES: They will tell you that your insurance doesnt cover the lab fee our the type of material that they are using because metal is toxic to your health and make you pay a lab fee of $99-$150.00 per crown ONLY if you have insurance, again if they are contracted with the insurance this is not be charged to you nor should you have to pay for this ... again this is considered Insurance FRAUD, and should be reported to your insurance right away. If you have paid this, you should contact your insurance today because you may be entitled to a refund that they must give you. Trust me this happened to me. 3. Dr. Carlton: She will smile and laugh and you almost fee so comfortable that the money you pay seems like nothing dont let the charm fool you this doctor will see multiple patients at the sometime make you feel as if the dental assistant is the doctor. You will have to come back for multiple visits because the " Impression needs to be retake" but this is because after investigating my tooth was never prepped right in the first place and this is because of the balance act of patients that they see in the office at the same time. Search up Dr. Carlton on google to see the review others have left for her old office to see what type of dentist she truly is before you fall victim of the smiles and giggles as I did, and when you go for a second opinion you will be shocked with proof of the poor quality dentistry she provides. I wish I could say better things but this is true. MONICA : She is the head assistant and used to be a dentist in her country, she did some procedures on me with the help of the doctor come to find out after some digging she is not certified as a dental assistant and this against Florida state law ask to see her certifications next time you run into her. my word advice is even though you may feel like you found a diamond in the rough stay clear the reviews on here are bribed reviews they offered me at my first visit a free lotion if I gave a good review and then at my 2nd and 3rd visit they offered me to be entered in a raffle if I did a review. Please be careful and do you research dont fall victim of a free exam and x-rays its just to get you in the door.

First off...they lied to me when they told me that there was an oral surgeon in the office when I asked them over the phone, I had told that I have my referral when I called and my appointment was for a wisdom teeth to be removed, after I was inside they told me that they dont have an oral surgeon in that office but its actually the office next to theirs, then they totally ignored that was the main reason I was there. Second...when I told them to check on a recent filling that I had since it was bothering me when I chew hard, they try to convince me that I needed a root canal and a crown and they try to prove doing different test which they failed that I really need a root canal and a crown. Third....they also lied to me when I called telling me that they were in-network with Guardian PPO, but if that is so why when they gave me the total cost of $1597.00 they say I pay in full and will get a check back for the insurance part within 4-6 weeks? I called Guardian and they told me this people are Not in network. Fourth....when I asked them to give me one copy of the 8 x-rays they took trying to prove their scam so I can show it to my dentist and confirm so with her, they wanted me to pay $25 for it. Good try Ms. Ramses and Treatment Consultant/Director/Sales Person/Scam artists. Good try Mr. Nicholas and "Dentist"/ Unprofessional/Scammer / Storyteller. Everyone seems to be nice and friendly until you confront them and stand up for yourself, then you will really see their mask coming off. Ripoff stay away. Lots of young inexperience (but friendly) back staff.

I been with this Dentist for nearly 2 years the first year was good all I needed was cleanings. Then they started to push different products such as tooth brushes. Then They said I had a cavity and wanted me to pay in advanced for the filling saying it was cheaper if I paid then. I did but told them I wanted a 2nd opinion before going forward. I did and the 2nd dentist said there was no signs of a cavity. Then when I went to go back to get a refund for the filling I was pushed to pay for in advanced I was told they couldnt do it then because the claim was sent to the insurance and a refund check maybe in the mail from them. Then after a few weeks still no refund check so I went back and conveniently their "book keeper" was not available several times when visiting on different days. excuses where different as in out of office, in meeting, out for lunch, ect. finally I got someone who wasnt the book keeper to refund the money to my card after nearly 2 months of trying to get my refund of a filling I never received. If you go be cautious of what they try to push on you. I would get 2nd opinions if they suggest work and DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICES YOU AGREE TO GET BEFORE GETTING THEM. If you deiced not to get the work it will take months to get it back with bugging their office.

Hace mas de 3 años llevo viniendo este dentista. Son muy amables , siempre me consiente me entienden . Yo soy una persona que no abla mucho ingles siempre me ponen un interpetre . Nunca me hacen nada sin el consientimiento mio. Me explican todo por detalle. Mis dientes estaban muy malos vine y ahora estoy con unos dientes perfectos. Me hisieron una corona perfecta. Estoy agradecida , tengo una boca muy saludable. Cada tres meses vengo a hacerme la limpieza . para cuidar mis encias . Siempre me llaman por telefono para recordarme mi cita , pendiente de mi salud oral .

I am not one to ever write a review on places I visit good or bad experience but for some reason felt compelled to write on this location. Dentist visits scare everyone but this place makes you feel like your visiting family. That is literally how I felt and it makes me so comfortable to be in this type of atmosphere especially when it involves something as important as my smile is to me. DR. CARLTON, RAMSES, YENI, MONICA,and the rest of the staff are all so incredibly gracious and accommodating. Couldnt ask for a better team to be working towards my dental needs and dream smile to become my reality. This office is my new favorite place and are helping me to continue smiling with proudness and gratefulness for the work they perform. Definitely a place to go, visit and get that dream smile we all dream of. If you want to have a moneymaker smile that opens doors for you in life, then make your appointment today and tell them you want Dr. Carlton and Yeni especially to handle your case. Awesome, energetic girls they are. Tell them you read Teddy"s review. You wont be disappointed.
